19-nor dosage w/ 5-AD

I posted this thread in the Nutrition Forum, but didn't get much of a response. Just wondered how much norandrodiol is the maximum/most effective dose. Ergopharm recommends up to 900mg ed. I've been taking 900mg ed of Ergopharm's Norandrodiol Select 300 for about two weeks now. I just added in two 250mg doses of 5-androstenediol with my first two nor doses. Anybody have any advise about nor and the 5-AD?

Which would be decca @ 250mg and test cyp @ 250mg twice a week? What about recovery or anti-estrogens?

anti-e ... i always like to nolvadex & arimidex on hand

and for pct, i am a fan of hcg & nolvadex ... othe rbro like clomid ... phreezers sticky on the top of the forum has alot of good advice too.
