1month back in and new to posting in forums

Just wanted to jump on and say hello to everyone. I haven't lifted or done much of anything the last 6 years. I have had a lot of health problems, my thyroid got all out of whack, I got up to 325 pounds and had just completely given up on about everything. My doc finally got my thyroid lined out and gave me 100mg of test cyp per week and I finally got some motivation to do something about it. I have been on a hardcore low carb diet, cut the soda out, started lifting on a 5 day split, and doing cardio 4 days per week. Dumb ass me decided to do 400 mg of test per week and got some pretty awesome results but wasn't thinking about running out of a 90 day supply of test in 5 weeks. So here I am back on the boards. Haven't been on one for over 13 years. I see people get bashed on here all the time for not reading and researching before they ask questions so I am gonna ease into this. Lol. Oh and by the way I have got myself down to 274 with significant muscle and strength gains in the last 5 weeks.
 
LOL, next time you should save your prescription test and run UGL gear on blast, that way you'll have a nice little stock of pharma test when your cycle is over.

Personally, unless you are seven feet tall, I wouldn't be running cycles if you're 274-325lb. You're going to aromatize badly at higher body fat. Stick with a clean diet and training program until you're 15% body fat or less, then consider another blast if you've reached an actual plateau in the gym.
 
I have been on for almost six weeks now with nothing but good side effects. When do you think I would have to worry about myself starting to aromatize? I have heard of gynoclemastia and other side effects but I thought that was post cycle. My doctor told me I would be on testosterone more than likely for the rest of my life.
 
Gyno can flare up during a cycle just like any sides using higher testosterone doses. 400mg/week isn't super high but not unheard of for some guys to experience the bad side effects at lower doses.

I'd put up the cash to have bloodwork done and see where you fall. It's always a good idea to do that mid-cycle, anyway. Don't assume all is well based on sides or lack thereof.
 
Went and saw my doc yesterday for bloodwork to check my testosterone levels. Is there a golden number I am looking for? This week should I just do 200 mg until I find out where I stand? I was also told that if I added tren to my cyp I would get even more fat loss and better lean mass gains. I thought winny and, or clen would be better for that.
