1st Anavar Cycle: Lean Bulking

Hello, everyone! I competed in a bikini competition before and am now trying to put on more muscle mass before I start cutting down for another show later in the late-Fall/early-Spring. I wanted to run one cycle of Anavar to see the progress and will determine if I want to keep bulking or start cutting and retain muscle mass.

I started my cycle on Monday, May 23, 2016 at 5 mg a day. I broke it off to 2.5mg in the morning on an empty stomach and 2.5mg 8 hours later. I will probably increase the mg next week as the week goes by.

Here are my stats:
Height: 5'0" 1/2
Weight: 117 lbs - 118 lbs
Measurements: Will update this soon

I wanted to keep a journal of my cycle and any symptoms or progress that I have noticed. Please feel free to give me advice and help me out! I would really appreciate it.

Week 1 (05.25.16): I have noticed my woman area getting more sensitive and it was only Day 2/3. It scared me a little bit because it would be sensitive through most of the day. No trouble sleeping.

I read in your labmax post that you're using capsules and diving the powder. Are you still doing it that way?

Hey there and welcome! I'm currently 9 weeks into my first Anavar cycle and have learned a lot in this short amount of time. Feel free to PM me if you have any questions. ;)

Oh, and the sensitivity down there is no joke! That still hasn't gone away for me, but I'm not complaining.

Thank you!! Did you start to feel any fatigue or changes in your voice? I've been feeling so tired so often and I'm on week 2

Yes I am!

If you want a more accurate way to divide the dose, empty the contents of four 25mg capsules into 100mL of water or orange juice and mix. You now have a solution containing 1.0mg of Anavar per 1mL of solution.

If you're taking 5mg twice a day, consume 5mL of solution in the morning and another 5mL later on.

It's a suspension so it's important to mix or shake before each dispensing.

Hey there. Yes! I felt fatigued somewhere between week one and two. It seems as though many other ladies have experienced the same thing. It will go away shortly, once you are used to the AAS that you just introduced into your system.

I did not notice any changes with my voice. If you have that issue, I would highly recommend to drop the dose down for a bit to see if it goes away. Then you can try to up your dose again a week later to see if you can handle it, without having any voice side effects. Others have pushed on if they had any slight throat or voice issues, in hopes that it would go away, but I'd rather be safe than sorry. Just my opinion. I think it's all about what sides you are willing to accept or not. I would rather have no sides if possible! Lol

Thank you! I haven't had an issue with my voice yet, but yeah-- just really tired. I upped my dosage from 5mg on week 1 to 10mg week 2. I just feel more tired than usual and bloated as well. Sensitivity has gone up so much!

I've been going to pee like literally every 30 minutes and during my workouts, it's so annoying because I feel like I need to pee ALL THE TIME. :( It's so uncomfortable.

Haha, the pee thing sucks. I have that issue but it's because I've upped my water intake since starting my cycle.
