Hey guys,

Ive been lurking for a while and just recently jumped onboard posting.

Some history about myself, I was almost 300 lbs with no strength. I had a epiphany due to a car accident and started using the membeship i had for 10 years.

I got involved ina great program at the gym, had a great trainer who competes and placed 2nd in the emerald cup in 2010. Long story short I lost 93 lbs, in 90 days. 282 -187.

I had very little LBM to start but during the 90 days I had 17 lbs of lbm. Pure noob gainz.

i continued to workout and have been for approx 4-5 years now.

As I write this I am
24 years
6"1
258 lbs
22.5 5 bf

I have fallen to the darkside and have planned out a cycle to gain more LEAN MASS and reduce body fat. I was going to put this cycle off longer but I have my 1st child inc OCt and I dont want to fuck my gains from less sleep. So ive had to expidite the plan.

I plan on starting 7/28

until then i am lifting 5 days per week, 45-60 mins of cardio every day after lift. (exception of 2 days a week I do fasted hour of cardio, then eat and hit the weights.
I am currently on a 1700-1800 cal diet that I have maintained for 3 months now, very strict and well planned.
I am also supplementing with albuetrol to accelerate pre cycle. Possibly continuing on cycle open to opinions on this!
im planning to be sub 20 ideally 16 ish% bf by start of cycle, no matter I have the Aromasin on hand to handle sides.

i will be getting blood work definitely before during and after.

12 Week Cycle
1-6 weeks Tbol Kick start
60 mg per day to start possibly bump to 80 depending on effects.
1-12 weeks 600 mg test eth 2x per week

Pct i will be following using Dr scallys protocol to a T.

IMHO I would run a DHT like Primo or Mast for your first cycle. with your high BF and not much LBM. your chances of gyno are high with Test.
 
When I started I had less then 150 lbs lbm. I have worked up to 200.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but for natural isn't that above average.
 
1.2g test per week is a lot of test for a first cycle. It's way over kill IMO. A 12 week cycle of test only 500mg/wk will have almost the same effect, especially if you plan to continue cutting while on cycle.
 
Like flenser said, in my opinion, and I believe most will agree, there is no reason to take 1200mg of test a week for a first cycle. I have never taken that much test and have multiple cycle under my belt. That is a recipe for a lot of side effects. Also, for your goals I would highly suggest switching out the Tbol for Anavar. If you do decide on the Tbol though, I personally like to stay right at 40-50mg ED, your dosages all around are too high.
 
I will heed advice and drop to 500 per week.

The tbol I have had different mgs thrown at me I am thinking ill start at 50 and see how I feel from there.

Now other people are reading, Do you agree my lbm is low?
 
You should not look at LBM by itself, you need to look at it in relation to your BF.
It's not that your LBF is low per say but your BF is high, over 20%
You should see that come down with this cycle, a good diet and hard training.
 
I understand, now with my diet I started around 2500 cals, and over 3 months have tapered down my calories while adding longer duration cardio.

I'm at 1700 cals with most carbs in before 6pm. And only thing I eat at night after work is protein and veggies.

Slowly adjusting to this helps me stay consistent, I will be sub 18% by end of month then will go back to 2500 cals while on for first half then evaluate bf situation from there...

Does that sound good?
 
The extra calories for 2500 will be from oatmeal with pre workout shake 60carbs21pro

Some random fruit thru the day.

And more complex carbs in my last meal of the day,
 
you are not getting enough protein. you need to take in 250g to 350g protein a day. your body has no way to store protein. anyone that tells you protein turns to fat is wrong.
 
I think he meant 600 split into 2 300 mg shots. Maybe I read that wrong. Anyway it is wayyyyyy too much for a 1st cycle.

Either way, OP you've done a tremendous job thus far but keep the AAS on the sidelines for now, continue to get your body fat down (ideally to 12% range) you obviously have the dedication & discipline to do it.

Can you be a little more specific on your diet, how much chicken? how is it prepared? Etc.....
 
Baked or pan seared with pam or just the right amount of olive oil.

Currently I'm just at about 7oz, but on protein will have a nice spike up.

And yes I wrote this on my phone I meant 300mg 2x a week. A total of 600.

And ideally I would love to be 12% before, but I am having a kid in october and I don't want to wait years before I can be selfish enough to do this.

I have a window and I am pushing as hard as possible to get as low bf beforehand. When I have more time I can elaborate even more on diet. I must tend to my wife's... needs...

OK, that's what I thought but 60/week is overkill.

I understand you wanna get rolling on this but you gotta do it right. That means when the time is right & you're ready physically AND mentally
 
Yeah, I was excited.

I got my supplies inhand and ill stick with 250 2x week.

Now I was thinking, 20g 1.5 to draw and 23 1.5 to pin?
 
Dude 600 is fine IMO. My first was 800/week and I'm on it currently. While your trying to figure out your aromasin dosage, prob 10-12.5Mg/daily, you can take nolvadex 10mg eod to block estro receptors in nipple/breast to make sure u don't have any flare ups. It's like wearin a condom.. For gyno. Tbh you need to be sub 15%, ideally 10-12%. But you'll do what u wanna, I did, and I wish I had gotten leaner. Oh and pin with 1.5 25g
 
from what ive read, anavar is the best to finish a cyce with because it hardens you up or some shit. For me why I decided on tbol was the mild sides, the effects are exactly what i want, and I want to be a monstar. part of it is definatly mental but I know I will get the most out of it.

Im not starting for like 3 + weeks, I will let you know and i plan to have some pics up if I can figure out how to erase the location data or whatever people talk about makin pics safe.
 
Yea I'm not gonna spend the money on var anytime soon. Good luck droppin that weight an I'll be checkin on your log. Stick with it, it'll all b worth it when you get to start!
