AM Workout because I had a friend's 30th birthday this evening.
Lift: Deads/Back/Bi's
Deadlift 135x5, 225x5, 315x2, 365x1 - Could have gone heavier but first day back to deads since groin injury.
Pullups 3x7
Lat Pulldowns 120 lbs 3x10
RDL's 25 lb dumbbells 3x10
Hammer Curls 30s, 2 sets 10 reps each arm.

Remarks: This was unavoidable. I knew this day was going to get crazy so I just lifted first thing in the morning (6 AM) before work, and sucked it up. I weighed myself this morning and I was about a pound heavier than usual after pissing so not so bad - I made a conscious effort to avoid all salt yesterday. Back on the grind Saturday, will be taking Sunday off and then pinning Monday morning.

Yes I have a little gyno. From puberty. Had the surgery when I was 16, of course doc left a bit of "support" (aka gland) underneath the nipple and whenever I fatten up, the tits balloon.

I have some updates. My diet has been on fucking point and I don't care if its placebo or not, I feel great. Energy, direction, purpose, etc. Diet has been as follows:

AM 1/2 cup oatmeal, 2 scoops protein, 12 oz skim milk.
Lunch 1/2 cup brown rice, 10 oz chicken breast
Dinner (post workout) 1/2 cup brown rice 12 oz steak
Hour or so after dinner 2 Tuna sandwiches with Cheese.

I had this diet both Monday and Tuesday except Tuesday I had one of the tuna sandwiches pre-workout. The diet has the following macros:
75g fat 22.24%
278g carbs 36.64%
312g protein 41.12%

3,035 Total Calories

Monday I pinned 1 CC Test E 250. I weighed 222.0 ass naked. Yeeehawww doggie. I ate 25 mg dbol about 90 mins before my first set. Leg day. I wound up doing 10 sets of 5 squats at 225 ass to grass. It felt fantastic. Could have gone heavier for sure but the groin was bothering me. Finished with 100 situps over 3 sets. Took 25 mg aromasin Mon AM with Pin.

Tuesday I lifted chest, I should have taken Tuesday off and hit chest Wednesday instead of vice versa because my body was sore and recovering from squats. I did 275 5x5 on flat, followed by a set of 185 for 20, breaks were about 4 minutes between sets. I finished off with 3 sets of 10 flies with 40 lbs on the cable machine. Next week I will lift on Wednesday and add incline dumbbell into the workout. I was 221.5 this morning. Took 25 mg dbol 90 minutes before lifting. Took 25mg aromasin Tues AM.
 
I'm doing something of a of frontload. I had 29, 1 mL vials of Test E 250 after on broke in transport. So rather than have an extra one and run a 14 week cycle I figured I would run the 14 week cycle and pin the extra vial week 1. So This week I will pin Monday-Wednesday-Friday and then resume the Monday AM / Thurs PM twice a week pinning.

Wednesday - Weighed 221.5 again. My legs and chest were sore as fuck. I am definitely going to be taking a day off before and after leg days in the future, probably starting next week. Regardless, today was a scheduled day off. I significantly reduced my caloric intake. No DBOL as it is not a training day and there is no reason to bother my system with it. Stuck to 25mg Aromasin again today. Diet as follows:
Breakfast 2 scoops protein into 12 oz skim milk
Lunch 10 oz grilled chicken and 1/2 cup brown rice
Dinner 13 oz filet mignon (fuck yes) and 1/2 cup brown rice.

Macros: 1,990 Calories
236g protein...47.44%
158g carbs...31.76%
46g fats...20.80%
 
Thursday - Weight 220 even.
Followed the same diet as I did on my previous two training days.
Trained Back and Deads. Probably going to be splitting them up.
4x8 170 lbs pulldowns
225 3x10 deads easy with perfect form. Grip was giving out and my forearms are sore as fuck as I write this. Was really focusing on form with these. I have a curved spine as it is so it is really a struggle to keep my back completely straight.
3x8 Bent rows perfect form with 135
3x10 RDLs 30 lb dumbbells
2x10 Hammer curls 30 lbs.

Friday - Off day weight 221.5
Followed same diet as last off day. Went out and drank a ton of liquor and beer though :) ....but was good about not eating.

Should add I did my third and final pin this week, had no blood in the syringe when I aspirated, but when I withdrew the needle a small amount of blood came out. I'm assuming this to be blood from the broken skin and not from a vein or artery. I did have a bit of PIP Friday and early into Saturday but on a scale of 1 to 10 I would say the pain was like a 2. Not a hindrance at all whatsoever like some guys on here report. I Hope I didn't lose any of the shot with the blood that came out.

Saturday - 219.5 lbs
Feeling fucking great. Placebo? don't care. Took 25mg dbol about 2 hours preworkout and hit shoulders/biceps. I need to work on biceps, didn't do enough of them on back day because my grip was wrecked, and my shoulders were SO sore from deadlifts. So I made it a half and half kind of day. I"ll change up my lifting schedule next week based, more days off I think are needed.
Shoulders/Biceps
4x6 155 lbs standing military press.
Hammer curls, 5 reps each arm, 3 sets, 40s, 50s, 50s. Form was shitty on last reps especially last set. But felt strong.
Front lateral raises, 3x8, 20, 25, 25.
Iso curls 3x7, 30 lbs
Upright rows 95 lbs, 3x10 (easy, biceps burning though).

Sunday - 221.5 lbs
Off day. Was feeling a little restless and I know I'm gonna eat like shit today so I went for a quick jog. Did a 1.57 mile lap around my neighborhood in 14 min 6 seconds.
 
Holy shit its been a while since I posted. Strength gains through the roof. Weight gain is real but no bloat. I took some 2 week pics as well. Feel amazing
 
Monday Squats, 245 for 10 sets of 5, no problem. Wednesday bench, hit PR of 335 easy and will be going for 350 this Thursday. Friday did deads, was pulling 275 for sets of 8 but my double overhand grip kept failing, I'm not sure what to do about that, I may switch to over/under. Sunday I hit shoulders and back, pull ups, 3x7 standing military with 155 (easy), 3x8 pulldowns 170 lbs, 3x10 upright rows, 3x10 with 2 plates on row machine, 2x10 lateral raises with 20 lbs, then hammer curls and isos.

Weighed 230 flat this morning for weight gain of 8 lbs in 2 weeks. No bloating though and if anything I look leaner, my abs are coming in a little. Crazy.
