1st cycle

Ready to finally start my 1st cycle. Got my pre cycle bloodwork, I made post here Pre-cycle bloodwork

guessing I am 12-15% bf

cycle

500mg test c (goodlyfe) 12 weeks ED which is around 71mg. Using 27g 1/2 needle. Sites will be traps, shoulder, lats, VG. Considering trying tri's and pecs.
125iu HCG daily ED (week 1-14)
100/150 CJC/Ipam x 2 ED
I have aromasin on hand
PCT Week 15
Nolva 40/20/20/20/10/10
Clomid 50/25/25/25/12.5/12.5

daily supplements:

NOW ultra omega 4 caps
Niacin 500mg
Nattokinase 100mg
Ubiquinol 100mg
Celery seed extract 150mg
zinc 22mg
magnesium glycinate 400mg
p5p 120mg
glucose supplement (unbound syln) on with carb meal

Diet

around 2800 cal, 250-300g pro. 200g carb 75g fat

Meal 1: 6 whole eggs, 1/2c fiber one, 2 slices wheat toast
Meal 2: 6 oz chicken breast, 1 cup peas, 1 cup white rice
Meal 3: (90 minutes before workout) 50g whey, 1 cup oats or similar cereal for 50g of carbs.
Meal 4: 6 oz chicken breast, 1 cup peas, 1 cup white rice
Meal 5: 6 oz lean beef (90/10 ground sirlion or similar) 1 cup broccoli
Meal 6: (if I have time) 50g whey/casien before bed, 1/4 cup almonds

Training

Standard PPL but 5 days a week, P/P/L/off/upper/lower/off. 15-20 total sets per day train to failure. 10-12 reps for most exercises, 6-8 reps for compound movements (deads, squats, overhead presses, barbell rows)

Goals of this cycle is just to see what testosterone does for my body. Not trying to bulk but always growing muscle. I tore my pec last year and trying to rebuild muscle imbalances. I plan to PCT off and be done and keep options open in future if TRT is something I want to do.

Any feedback is appreciated. I don't know if I should go up in calories, I don't want to be freaky looking, I wouldn't mind being leaner but definitely don't want to get fatter. I am pretty good about eating, I will have a cheat day on weekend which is usually pizza and/or ice cream.
 
ed pinning for cyp is just not worth it. Try it eod. Also 2800 is't too low for a bulk?
not really trying to bulk, more like maintaining. Rather gain slow and steady, however I still wonder if I should up calories. With my schedule I can squeeze in any more meals, best I could do is up carbs with meals.

I have pubertal gyno, trying to keep e2 sides down so from my reading it would seem less hormone spikes with ED test dosing. It is annoying to daily dose I am just paranoid about sides and dont 't really want to use an AI unless I have to.
 
Update
I had one week set back which I stopped cycle because I thought injury was substantial. After getting xrays there was no fracture and healing was going well. I restarted cycle after not taking a shot for 6 days. Now I am coming to end of 3rd week of cycle.
Weight is up to 253. I added 1 cup of Oats in with meal 1 for added calories, and on workout days I added 1 cup of rice with meal 5. No squatting or deadlifting because of back, but I can do leg press and split squats. Workout log is going up as well.

I am doing 125iu daily of HCG, however i still notice some shrinking in the nuts. I dont know if it draws concern or just ride it out. Would I need to increase HCG dose?

I am holding water, but doesnt look bad on my tall frame. Some days nips feel a little spicy, but usually only after a workout. Getting blood work September 18th so I feel I can hold off on an AI for now.

Another week down. Sitting at 258. Started aromasin last week at 6.25mg twice a week. Felt I was getting too much of estro sides. Will get bloodwork in 2 weeks. Balls are still shrinking in spite of that I am taking 875iu hcg a week.
Was wondering if I should up the hcg dose? Still have erections issues non the least it's been inconsistent holding an erection.

Bear in mind if you up the hcg, you will increase your aromatization. How is the training? What’s your current weight? 18 lbs over your first month was surprising for hoping to maintain, not bulk.

Got bloodwork done saturday. Still waiting on results for hormone panel, but my lipids were pretty good considering. Odd was my total cholesterol went down 14 points and my fasting blood sugar was lowest its been in 4 years. It was 86 before this time it was 76.
Despite advice of using more compounds for 1st cycle, i decided to add in HGH and i started that week and half ago. starting at 1.5iu and adding in .5iu every 10 days and will work up to 4iu's.
weight this past monday was 259, but visually I look way fuller and my work pants are looser around the waist. I try not to weight or measure too much because I know this isnt permanent. But my wife says I look completely different and feel hard all over.
Training is still the same PPL 2days on 1 day off. Low volume but intense, pretty much everything to failure, strict slow reps. Strenght is up by I am conservative on how much I bump up the weights for risk of injury.
Diet I have added carbs to all meals except last of the day. Daily calories are up by 600, which is why I am surprised my weight hasn't gone up more but a definate recomp has taken place.
libido is off even though i am still taking 6.25mg of asin. Will be curious of what bloodwork says, should be back tomorrow or friday.
 
Bloodwork seems good. Testosterone is really good it seems. However e2 is still high and I am having libido issues. Should I up aromasin dose?
