1st dnp cycle

hi , i know here is alot of information about dnp cycle but my english is sucks so , can u write me in few points how to now screw that ? exactly , generaly about food , training

i want take first 2 days 200mg , then 400mg for next 14 days

food ? how many proteins,sugars and far i need ? ( ive got about 110kg)
training ? how about cardio ?
and ive heard after 3. day od dnp ppl taking T3 also ? so tell me if its true and if ye , then how ..

and maybe some tips how to the best (fat lose) result from dnp cycle

yo ive readed how to not fuck up dnp but i dont understand that :

Using DNP is the only time that fructose is a desireable cutting carb, because it keeps the liver replentished. That reduces lethargy and spares muscle.

cant translate this ...

does it means .. eat alot of fruit to get better fat lose ( cutting carb ? ) and safe muscle ?

It means eating fruit will keep your liver replenished and it will reduce lethargy(tiredness) and spare muscle being broke down.

All good stuff so eat your fruits.
 
guys next trouble , im in 5.th day and i dont feel anything , i broke capsule and its dnp in and i think its good stuff , im a little sweatinng in night , a little in day , and i am using 100mcg/T3 with it

what i am eating , normally i eat about twice a day meet with rice , morning some eggs with black bred , before sleep some kasein protens , it doing about 500g carbs and 200g proteins in one day , exactly , i eat whatever the hell i want , alot of fast carbs , etc. and nobody get me very sweating

but how about fats from not healthy food ? its bad ? dnp will not burn it ?
