Well I always said I would come here and post how it was going. After speaking with a lot of you, especially with Bigbench, I decided to do a baby cycle. I wanted to stealth cycle and avoid people from being able to say "he is doing steroids, no doubt". My goals were to cut fat, put 10 to 15lbs of muscle on, while loosing 30lbs of fat. I know how important diet is, so I of course took Bigbench's advice and worked on that first.
So, I got with my Doctor and we picked a small first time cycle to do. I am doing...
Week 1-10 Test Cyp 200mg/ week
Week 1-4 Deca 100mg/week
Week 5-10 Deca 200mg/week
Week 6-10 Winny (for 30 days at 30 mg/day)
Week 1-10 Tomoxifen 20mg/every 4 days
I am going to come off the cycle with a proper PCT using clomid & HCG. I felt I could handle more deca or test and that is why I moved up to 200mg on the deca starting in week 5. It was the easier choice given I had extra deca that I wasn't going to be using.
I work out 3 to 5 days a week, depending on how I feel. In all honesty I could work out 7 days a week, even an 8th day if I could squeeze it in some how! =) I am not new to weight training, cardio, or proper dieting. I just let myself go over the last few years focusing on graduation and grad school. I was in the military and competing in sports, which always prevented me from cycling. I am 31 now and had the ability to do a cycle so I did this one.
I am 5'10" and In Sept of 2007 I was 230lbs with about 30% body fat. I hit a super hard diet and dropped to 191 before starting this cycle back on June 14th, 2008. I start my 6th week this Saturday. I got down to 188 and it was at that point that I am no longer able to measure my weight, because I am now 205, of which none is new fat. I can only go by measuring my waist and how clothes fit. I went form a 38inch to now a 33inch (almost a 32 inch) waist. I am in as great of shape as I was 10 years ago. I feel great and wanted to keep to my word to some of you on updating how things are going. I am sorry if this was a little long. A special thanks out to Bigbench for your help.
