Women-Only 1st var cycle and HUNGRY

So I’m on my first cycle of var and in my 2nd week. I’ve been losing weight for almost 5 months now and have been working out solidly every other day. I’m down almost 40lbs. Normally, I can control cravings and hunger as I eat lean protein and just well in general. But the last 4-5 days I’ve been out of control hungry. I want to stuff my face with burgers mostly. It’s a crazy, ravenous feeling and I’m getting upset that I’ll undo the weight loss. Has anyone dealt with this? If so, what did you do?
