1st var cycle/need information

Hi y’all! I’m getting ready to start my 1st car cycle and just have a couple questions to ask! First let me tell you my plan and then I’ll ask for your opinions any questions I have!

I’m a female, 21 at 5’4 and weigh 163lbs. I’ve been lifting for years. I’m coming off a bulk, so I do have some body fat (not sure what %). I’m planning on doing a 3 month transformation, so I want to build muscle and lose body fat! I don’t care what the scale says as long as I’m happy with the mirror.

I’m gonna run var for 8 weeks. And clen for 4. This is the layout I have so far..

3/4-5mg var
5/6-10mg var
7-5mg var-5mg-12.5mg of clen and t3
8-2.5mg var-12.5mg-0mg of clen and t3
9/10-Nothing
11-5mg-12.5mg of clen and t3
12-12.5-0mg of clen and t3

Workout schedule 3days on 1day off
Chest/Back
Legs
Arms/Delts
Rest
I’ll start out with 3 days of fasted cardio at 30mins and adjust as I need to.

Meal plan- I’m eating at 2,000 calories
I carb cycle. Obviously I eat clean. Lean meat, sweet potatoes, rice, veggies, egg whites. I try and stay away from anything processed besides whey. I hate cheat meals because I can never have just one cheat meal, but I know they’re important so I try and do them every 2 weeks but not until I’m at least a month in.

Now my questions...
Do I need to run a pct?
What other supplements should I take with them? Multivitamin, taurine, fish oil etc?
Is this a good plan?
Have you guys ordered a Labmax text from labmax.ca?

Thanks ahead of time for helping me out! I know I laid out a lot of information but I just want to be safe and find out as much information as I can before!

What other supplements should I take with them? Multivitamin, taurine, fish oil etc?this really depends on what your blood work says. Generally speaking a good multi, 2,000mg fish oil (total epa+dha=2000) and Himalayan liver care are basics


Is this a good plan? Truthfully I have no clue what your actual t3/clen doses are since you wrote "12.5mg" clen and t3 both are in micrograms. Also diet is key, the foods you eat and your macros are important but the specific layout of your exact diet meal for meal is very important


Have you guys ordered a Labmax text from labmax.ca? I have no used them

Trying to understand what you wrote here. Guessing each line is a week ? So are you planning on week 1 that Sunday is 1/2mg anavar working up to 2.5mg anavar? It's written very weird. Why not start at 5mg per day, run for a week or two and assess sides, if sides are none then increase to 10mg and assess again. 10mg should be fine for you, but always best to work up.

Run the same dose til the end

Then it looks like you want to do 12.5mcg clen and 12.5mcg t3 for a week, second week taper to nothing, third week run 12.5mcg each and the fourth week taper down again? Again, very odd layout.

Start with 20mcg clen 25mcg t3, run it for a week and if all seems well you can try a dose of clen at 20 morning and 10 later in the day. That should be more than enough. You might be ok going up to 50mcg t3 but it's not necessary especially on a little 8wk cut. If you do run 50mcg then the second to last week run 25mcg t3 and either way The last week run 12.5mcg of t3. Also of course take a benadryl every night while on th clen

Tapering Var your first cycle is smart. I've ran several cycles of Var, good stuff.
I've also run clen and T3. I did not want to run clen, but liked the benefits it provided so I researched that compound and it scared the shit out of me. I was very conservative with the dose of clen I took, but it did me good.

Yea, I’ve talked to some people about it and they said there’s no reason to go over 12.5mcg or clen and t3 and to also run them for 2 weeks and off 2 weeks! It’s my first car cycle so I don’t want to jump right into 10mg. I want to see the side effects and take my time with it. Did you run a pct or anything with the var and clen?
 
@Fitbit 191 , no did not run PCT, not needed for us (meaning women).
It is also "var", I think you mean not "car", but perhaps you are putting clen and var together LOL.
I ran clen and T3 for 6 weeks straight, no on 2wks/off 2wks.
 
Yes var! Lol, I think I’m gonna run it for 6 weeks as well. Do you think running all three of them together for my first cycle of var is over doing it?
 
@Fitbit 191 well I'm not sure of all your goals, but if it were me and my first cycle of var, I would run alone. Otherwise how r u gonna know what is doin what to your body. But that is just me. I'm super careful and conservative when it comes to ped's.
