2 days into Albuterol/T3 cut......

All is going well. I was a bit sketchy on dose etc the first day and I did feel it but I can handle a cup of coffee with my last Albuterol of the day so all is good.

Only running 12.5 mcg T3 first thing in the morning for the 1st 2 days. I'm not sure if I should leave it at that until results slow down or if I should follow the 28 day protocol I've seen posted. (taper up to 100 mcg and taper back down within 28 days)

planning on running Albuterol for 2 weeks, 2 week off. ECA to fill in. Adding Benedryl after week 1.

FWIW - dropped 6 lbs in day one. All water weight as I was at 202 a week before my 1 week holiday.

More is not always better and everyone's body is a snowflake. If you're seeing results from 12.5 micrograms ride it out. That's my anecdotal opinion. What other compounds are you taking? Once you break the 50 microgram threshold t3 starts to become catabolic to muscle.

I just started t3. From what I've read and been told here is to start at 50mcg but don't go above 100mcg. The reason being is 50mcg is equivalent to what your body produces and anything less will shut your natural thyroid production down. I was also told by several people that 50mcg will actually help protein conversion and its not until 75mcg that one needs to worry about catabolism.

I'm not running anything else. I do want to keep the T3 dose as low as possible so as long as results are coming, I'll leave it where it is.

Ron, there are so many different opinions out there. I definitely wouldn't start at that high a dose though. Plus, any exogenous compound will start shutting down your natural production. It's the recovery you need to worry about. The higher your doses and longer you use them, the harder your recovery is going to be.

T3 is confusing because like you've said, there is a lot of different information. However, what I've read from what I'd say is more experienced sources IMO is you want to go straight on and straight off. Your thyroid will adjust more quickly to going straight offs ham tapering. I've been told with tapering, all you are doing is putting less in your body while your natural production stays shut off. I'm running 20 mcgs at 3 times a day about every 6 to 7 hours. Ill keep you updated on my experience. I'm also on EC and test E.
