2 week detox. any advice.

What's up guys? As some of you know I've recently returned to the gym after heart surgery in October. During that span I put on 9 pounds. Pretty depressed about that. Starting Feb 1st I want to detox for 2 weeks and really kick start my body. My weight gain was more due to inactivity then eating junk. I'm eating lots of Greek yogurt, chicken, eggs, blueberries, raspberries, sweet potatoes, and some protein powder. I am not looking for some GNC detox kit but rather a smarter approach to cleanse my body for 2 weeks. I want to cut calories and will probably drop all sources of meat. Including eggs. Overall goal of this is to start back at the gym ready to go and feeling energized. Any and all suggestions are welcome. Thanks a lot guys. Its been a long journey back and many of you have been there to help.
