first of all, I am 5'9 199lbs. I started at 205lbs on 200mg for five days and it didn't really do much. I lowered my caloric intake and raised my dose to 400mg and it started working better. I'm starting to add cardio now and just raised it to 600mg yesterday. Today is the last day of my second week total.
1) It seems I haven't really lost weight in the last two-three days. I am lean and my abs look great when flexed but I want them to look great unflexed. For this reason I bumped the dose to 600mg. I made the awful mistake of taking my last dose last night right before bed, and it kept me up all night. Is it ok to take all three 200mg doses 2 and a half hours apart from when I wake up?
2) When I stop taking DNP, I will STILL be cutting. What should my diet be after I stop? Should I keep it the same or lower total daily cals a little more?
3) Should I still have a carb up day when I stop? If so, when?
4) Should I get on EC stack immediately after? I heard carbing up on EC is a bad idea
