So I just tried brewing up 200mg/ml primo in mct oil as carrier. After heating product was crystal clear and as I was pushing through the whatman filter about 6ccs in I started getting gel like overflow when I I screwed the syringe to reload from the beaker. My main concern is what is this gel? I’d this the actual raw not getting through the whatman or something else? Do I have to shitcan this batch? It pushed through fairly easily with the 3ml syringe but started getting messy due to the gel backup, woukd appreciate any help guys.

Brewing should be easy.
It should be done while smoking a thick cigar.
You should be able to do most of it with one hand.
It should be cheap.
It should not be complicated.
You should be watching most of the process happen on its own while you smoke your cigar.
Otherwise I am not sure it's worth brewing,life has other aspects too.

Lol. Agree. I used to brew my fina pellets like 15 years ago so I figured I’d just do a quick batch with syringe filter before getting more of a setup. Looks like I’ll have to do what you said. I’m just wondering if the gel was what was caught in the filter and then blown back out by pressure and if I can still use this stuff. Lol

In the vial it’s clear but when I removed the syringe from the filter there was like gel not oil leaking from the top of whatman. I’ve never seen that either. Starting to be concerned these raws are trash. Was gonna use it anyway but if you say trash it- I trust your judgement. Thx bro
