20 weeks straight

My next cycle begins this fall. My goal is to bulk and then diet down to 10% BF with no break from the gear. i am 18% now. i am basically going to bulk for 12 weeks minimum (i was thinking even 16) eating a clean 4k cals per day, and then taper into my dieting phase of 8-10 weeks. so this is at least 20 weeks. i will run the test straight through at 750mg and maybe increase it to 1000mg at the dieting point. i want to bulk with test/tren and diet with test/tren, and also cytomel. tren will be 375mg per week for 10 weeks at a time.

my problem is where can i put a break between tren cycles? i want to bulk with it and diet with it but i dont think it is a good idea to use it for more than 10 weeks!

20 weeks is a long time.. be carefull , have great pct in line . HCG n clomid + nolv.

First off, I would never use tren that long but to each his own. Although tren is excellent in both a bulker and cutter, I would focus on using it in the cutter because of its low water retention and theorized fat burning properties. Combined with t3, tren, test, and a good dose of adex/nolva, you'll drop fat quit well.

Now if you stay with yout plan, I would cut the tren wk 9-12 and either up my test to 1000mg for 4 weeks and/or add in a good oral like var or winny. Then kick you tren back in. pup
 
Is 8 weeks enough with tren enanthate? it takes 4 weeks to kick in. would a 4 week break be enough between cycles? When I begin my dieting phase. i will be running test,tren,t3,proviron,nolva

8 weeks is enough if you frontload the tren but 4 weeks is not close to long enough between cycles. I mean really why even bother stopping. The test will still be in you for 2 weeks so its really like 2 weeks off.

I couldnt hack more than 8 weeks and that was to short as I was still feeling the crash a bit. I did hcg and nolva for 6 weeks and waited 2 more before going again.

Im throwing some tren into this cycle as well and some eq starting next week.
 
patsfan, i think you misunderstood but that is okay. I'm going to run a cycle for 20 weeks+ straight. the only cycle i am talking about with breaks is with the tren. the test stays at 750mg straight through and maybe i will up it to 1000mg when i begin the dieting phase but i am not coming off until i pack on a great deal of muscle and bring my body fat to 10%.

Starkraven, I honestly wish you the best of luck but in my experience, cycles extending beyond 16 weeks aren't as effective as say a 10 weeker followed by 8 weeks off and then back on for 10 weeks. Not to mention that recovery from a 20+ week cycle is going to be VERY TOUGH. I do understand where you're coming from though as being "on" is such a special feeling. Just be prepared for the recovery issue and continue to pyramid up your calories.

Your 18% BF now and you want to bulk FIRST!???? OMG bro, why dont you diet the ENTIRE 20 weeks?
Hell, diet naturally for the next 12 weeks and get down to a respectable BF% then hit the juice.
Watch your blood pressure and lipid count when on gear and at 18%BF. Shit man.

hey bro, i think i am at a respectable bf%. i just got it tested and i am at 14.6% so i meant to say at max i am 18%. i dont look fat but have a little gut so this should give you an idea. also remember i have been off and eating junk and not in the gym for a while due to other life issues and now am ready to begin. i will be training and eating clean for a month before i begin.

as for the cycle, i will go test throughout, 8 weeks tren at 375mg per week, 4 week break and 8 weeks tren (dieting) and increase test to 1000mg per week. proviron/nolva throughout. i think i will kick start the cycle with 30mg dbol ed (naps).
