21 years old guy, hormones problem. HELP

Hi, i have got a blood test and it shows that i have a highlevel of Prolactin. It was 483 mIU/L ( Range is 45-375)
Testosterone TOTAL 9.5 nmol/L ( Range is 8.4-28.8 )
Growth Hormone 0.064 mcg/L ( Range 0.060- 0.800)
Basically my GH and Test levels are at the lowest ( in range ) for an active 21 years old is really worrying me.
I have been suffering from decreased Libido, sex drive, ununderstandable headaches (diziness), not a very manly chest. Above that all it was really hard for me to put on strength gains in the last year. I‘m 21 years old, powerlifter. 215lbs 5‘8 around 20% bodyfat.
With the amount of weekly heavy lifting i have, my hormones should be through the roof. I need advice on what happening with me, what should i do.
Important to say : i have never been on any kind of hormonal steroids. The 2 illegal things i took are Clenbuterol and ephedrine and as much as i know, both are not hormonal related.

I would like to hear from professionals and people who have experience with it. I really appreicate any help!

Anxiety and Insomnia/not-enough-sleep will push prolactin up, which reduces T. How are you in those areas?

You will also want to see free T (direct) and estradiol.

You on steroids bro. No way you can have all that mass (215pounds@5'8") with a low test environment.

sTOP LYING AND BE HONEST so we can help. We are not your doctor here nor we are going to tell your mommy.

HOW YOU F#CK YOURSELF UP? Say it

You hidding a shit load of facts. Where are your lh and fsh numbers from your hormonal test? Why you hidding info?

He just want to hear that he should go on trt

I literally have no reason to lie. I have been working out for 5 years and facing such problems for the past 6 months..
I compete in the germany.. a country where you can get in jail for competing in sports while being on steroids. Aside from that im barely 21 years old, which is too young to use steroids if i ever will at all. Not before being older than 27.
I had no idea about Lh and fsh. I uploaded the test here. You can check it.

I am sleeping around 6 to 8 hours a day. Mostly 6. I just can not sleep more. My sleeping quality is pretty bad i would say.
I posted a photo of the whole test in the post above.

Ok op.

Your only medical complaint I see in your posts is your concerned about your test levels?
That and your other complaint seems to be that your getting 6-8 hours of sleep and you feel that it isn't enough?

Here's my "professional" advice based of your baseline bloods:

Your fine.
Your blood work is all within the normal range, my natty bloods TT are in the high 400s, (range 300-1200) do I wish they were 900? Sure. Is there anything wrong with me? No.
Your getting a normal amount of sleep.
As far as libido,Your never gunna be as horny as you were when you were a teenager. I'm sorry but it's the sad truth.

This may not be a problem, anywhere in 'the range' is supposed to be fine. Also, this is one blood test ... do you have any other tests from the past?
Free T is vastly more important and am assuming that 'Free Androgen Index' is just that. The SHBG reading would indicate this is so and matches what might be expected.
Estradiol is higher than I might expect for this level of SHBG (I am NOT a doctor) but in a very healthy range (CV studies indicate one should be between 20 and 30 pg/ml - you are 28.6). If future blood tests show this pattern, then you could increase T and Free T with low dose anastrozole without using AAS. But don't even think of messing with hormones until you understand what is normal for you ... and what is going on now if there is a problem

Also, T is highest when you wake up. So hormone blood draws should be drawn between 7 and 10am. What time was your test done and how long had you been up?

Growth Hormone 0.064 mcg

GH is pulsatile with 15 min half-life. The only way to get an accurate reading is to take it every 30 minutes for a 24 hours ... a practice that is not done. It is not very useful otherwise. IGF-1 is what is useful.

i took are clenbuterol and ephedrine

These types of stimulants do have some hormonal effects. How long had you been off these before your blood test? Clen, for example, messes with thyroid hormones. It is also has a "dopamine-releasing activity" so when you discontinue, there could be a period of lower dopamine. Low dopamine will absolutely increase prolactin, lower sexual function and mess with concentration. Whether this is your case is simply a possibility.

not a very manly chest

Do not understand this statement. This can't be a new symptom. Do you mean pectorals seem smaller than you would like? Do you mean very little chest hair? How does it compare to your relatives? Prolactin reduces body hair growth and nail growth BTW. As for size, others on the forum would be better with advice exercise for chest growth. Have read that niacin can help here - if it is true, don't know why.

I have been suffering from decreased Libido, sex drive, ununderstandable headaches (diziness)

Is this since the stimulants or any time/event you see? Clearly these are negative changes and your age should not be a factor.

highlevel of prolactin

This is the obvious red flag and can cause some mild symptoms at that level. It is too low to indicate a tumor but low dopamine is likely if high levels persist. Prolactin lowers GnRH which will lower T. Your LH and FSH don't indicate a problem here, but they are pulsatile so its hard to know ... at least they are not tanked.

It will be important to repeat your test in a few weeks. Doctors never react to just one and neither should we. Be sure to include CBC, metabolic panel and lipids for your next one. You want to start building a record and establish your baseline as well.

First of all i want to say thank you. This was a very detailed post.
I have done 3 blood tests over the last month. They were quite similiar only 1 different result and that was the Prolactin. It dropped a bit.
Sadly the SHBG and the Testosterone levels are still low for some reason. This Test im uploading is from 22.2.2018. It was the last one i did. The test in the post below is from 13.2.2018.
Regarding the chest, i have very little hair. No matter how hard i tried i never had a lean chest, it always had something popping out if you know what i mean. It was not so bad, but nothing like 10% bf. sadly i put on some fat lately so i cant post a clear picture of it.

Those prolactin ranges apply to women.Thosecare normal levels for women. That is a female panel and you must compare the results to a men normal ranges. Men normal prolactin ranges are much lower. You have the prolactin levels of a pregnant woman. You have 600 percent more prolactin than a men should have.
As seen on the pictures below normal prolactin levels for men should be below 18ng/ml (or conversion 54miu/L).

In other words: your prolactin is 311miu/l. Equivalent to 103ng/dl when it should not be above 18ng/dl

I really appreciate your effort and time. I went to check the website. You are using the Growth hormone converter and not Prolactin, 461 Miu/L gave me 21.6 ng/ml.
Am i right?

Don't talk to that guy he is a troll, and a complete dumbass.

^This.

ER is a well known idjit troll here. You would literally be better off masturbating with a cheese grater than taking ER's advice.

In general you are OK.
