28m 100lb weight gain on TRT

Yo,

New to posting, not to the site tho.
28m, 6’2” at 270 pounds.
I began TRT in January of 2022 at 170 pounds, initial testing put me at 202ng/dl, second and third testing put me under 200ng/dl but above 190.

After slowing increasing my dose I got up to 125mg a week, I was working out 5-6 days a week and kept a pretty clean diet. I also had a more physically intensive job at the time which helped calorie burning wise. I was eating 3000+ calories, and over 200g of protein. I knew I should’ve tracked all macros but I didn’t care. I also was brand new to lifting so my gains in the first 6 months were great, I was sitting around 205 by Christmas that year. For lack of discipline reasons the multiple holidays in a row as well as a 11 day Bahamas trip completely threw me off. This is when I began drinking daily as well as dropping any sense of eating clean completely. End of January I was 215. I continued living like that until September 1st 2023 when I stopped all drinking. I didn’t want to focus on anything outside of that so my diet was still shit and getting worse due to sweet cravings. As of February 23rd 2024 I am 271lbs and on prescribed 275mg of test a week, and a total test of 700ng/dl. getting bloods done every 4-6 weeks and all coming back “ok” besides lower free test and SHGB. I am joining this forum finally as a way to hold myself accountable and to hopefully get fat shamed back into the gym which I am hitting first thing tomorrow morning.

**note- before getting on TRT I had never even seen any test or steroids. I drank a decent amount from time to time but only got exercise from work. I had my testosterone tested as a way to strike out that as a possible symptom of my bad sleep and depression. I definitely never expected to get on TRT at least not at my age.
