Hi all - wanted to get people's opinion and thoughts on what I should do, I've read past threads and have researched on the topic of either cruising until next cycle or PCT, but I'm still not sure what the next best step is and would like to get people's opinion.
Here's stats of my 2nd cycle, before and after pics, and my end goal.
Goal: Maintain weight but drop BF%
Started at 170lbs 18/19% BF
Ended at 170lbs 12/13% BF
Age: 35 w/ 2 kids
Height: 5'6"
All 24K Product
2nd Cycle: 16 weeks long
Week 1-8:
Test P - 37.5mg ED / 262.5mg Weekly
Tren A - 100mg ED / 700 mg Weekly
Week 9-16:
Test P - 37.5mg ED / 262.5mg Weekly
Tren A - 100mg ED / 700 mg Weekly
Anavar: 60mg ED
Winstrol 60mg ED
Initially started w/ 0.5mg Adex EOD to control E, but by week 5 I upped it to 1mg eod since i was experiencing sides (Lumps behind both nipples) + added Letro until lumps went away and it was back to just Adex.
HCG E3D 500iu
Diet:
~200-250g Protein per day
30-50g carbs per day
30-50g fat per day
E4D - carb load
consumed .5 - 1 gal of water daily
Workout Regiment: 6 days a weeks 45min to 1 hr; 1 muscle group a day, Chest, Shoulders, Back, Legs, Biceps/Triceps, HIIT; workout routine is usually EMOM 12-15 reps x 5 sets w/ 45/30 sec rest, rest time was dependent on how fast I completed a set as well as if I was doing heavyweights or 70% of max potential.
So here's my dilemma and problem, I initially was just going to go through my normal PCT Cycle, but after reading more about Blast and Cruise, I feel like this is a better option for me but since I am still new to this, I'm not sure if its the best idea...
I do plan on jumping on another cycle before this year ends and ideally I'd like to start 7/1; I understand the benefit of going through proper PCT basically allowing your body to rest and reset back to normal levels, but considering that I would like to go back on 7/1 or close to that timeframe, instead of putting my body through a physical roller coaster I was planning on just cruising at 250mg of test each week w/ adex and HCG until 7/1 hits and I go back on cycle.
So i'm aware of the possible consequences:
1. May not recover and real possibility of being on TRT, I suppose I don't mind considering that I'm only getting older...
2. Fertility issues: I'm done having kids so this is a non issue for me
3. Gyno symptoms: In my 1st cycle i didn't know about adex and ended up breaking out bad chest and back, this cycle i've had a few breakouts here n there but nothing like the first time around. But I also noticed the lumps behind my nipples, it doesn't hurt nor does it itch, it just feels abnormal. This seem to come n go at the moment.
Considering my goal is to get to 7% BF and maybe add 5-10 more lbs of LBM, cruising seems to allow me to retain my current progress (I am well aware of the fact that once you stop using you lose a good amount of your gains, which is the reason why I don;t want to cycle off completely).
What would WKM and experienced users do?
