2nd cycle hst

just finished first cycle of hst.really like this way of training.put on 5 lbs.and i've been at a stickin point for a while.strengh has really went up.anyway what kind of reps do you guys recomend for this next cycle.i don't want to do 15s.would 10's 8s and 5's work?let me know what u guys think.
 
You could to 10, 8, 5s, but there might not be enough poundage difference between the 10s and 8s. If this is your 2nd cycle and you are running it immediately after the 1st (with SD, of course), then you can start with the 10s, then do say 6s and 3s.
 
thanks bob.i'll try that.i love this training method.i'm getting results and it makes sense to me.i'm getting stronger,and my weight is up.
