Already a week deep, just wondering expectations, opinions, and experiences.
Test Prop 150mg EOD for 10 weeks.
First cycle was Test E 250mg a week, but I'm cutting so I figured prop would be a better choice.
I was 177 at 12% bf or so, now I'm at 183 a week in.
However my abs aren't visable anymore hardly, would this be from bloat or water weight?? I just started letro in so maybe that will strip the water off.
I don't really want to put on any fat this cycle, just a some steady lean mass. I'm eating 2g of protein per body weight, and around my maitenence calories to prevent fat gain, I'm not nessicarily cutting anymore, but I don't want to go up in bodyfat. I gained a lot of fat on my first cycle.
How much would you expect to gain on my cycle? Any tips or comments?
