3 month fertility protocol

I’ve been on trt for 6 years and came off to regain my fertility. As of right now I’m on 37.5iu Hmg 4x a week and 10 mg of tamoxifen daily. We are trying to conceive either February or March. Should I say on this protocol until we conceive? Or come off now? Thanks for any assistance

Drop the HMG and HCG. All you need is Tamoxifen or Clomid or even better both.

Taking HMG and/or hcg while taking a serm is counterproductive.

Where did you get this info? There are many reports of people usin* the HCG/HMG protocol with success. It’s also used up unti conception.

The protocol is 75iu HMG/week along with 1500iu HCG/week Clomid 50mg per day

Look, its very simple. Once you use hcg and HMG, you are signaling your body to stop endogenous production by providing exogenous hormones. Your body has no reason to produce LH and FSH if you take hcg and hmg. And it doesn’t matter how much Clomid or tamoxifen you throw at it - if you take hcg or hmg at the same time, it will not produce LH/FSH.

You can continue with HCG and HMG and just stop the SERM cause it is not doing anything Anyway. Or, which in my opinion is better and quicker to restore fertility, drop the hcg/hmg and keep taking Clomid / or tamox.

This is the first I’ve heard anyone say clomid and nolva is better or quicker than hcg and hmg

Iirc, @HB_22 successfully conceived a child with an HMG + HCG protocol. Everything else he said makes sense. Clovid, HMG, and HCG are all going to kick-start your nuts.

I’ve also had a child last year from hmg and hcg. I stayed on trt levels of test. I just didn’t know it was actually faster to do clomid

Those decent enough lh and FSH numbers. At least they were for me. Mine were around there when we conceived. I was on FSH somewhere around 40iu 3x a week and 1000 hcg 3x, but I stayed on 100mg test. Have you tested your sperm count yet?

Also, how long have you been doing this protocol that got you to this point?
