1) Do the physicians listed in the testosterone tune up follow the same or similar guidelines and protocols as you(I'm in Boston)?
2)Is propionate a viable option as even with arim and nova I'm still VERY subject to bloat?
3Are you familiar with a Dr Klaybur(sp?)in the Worcester,Ma area? He's a neuro-endocrinologist who's written a book called "Hormones and the Mind". He comes recommended but I know nothing of him personally.

I've been treated for re-placement for years(44yrs old, baselines twice in the past and definitely low)but my endo really doesn't have the knowledge in this condition that I'd like so I think it's time to move on.
Thanks so much and I look forward to your response.

1). Not unless they have read my stuff. Unfortunatley, all a physician has to do is to register with them--there is no threshold of competency required.

2). I've not heard of any TRT docs who know what thye ar edong using the shorter-acting proprionate ester.

3). I have not heard of him, or read his works. I'm quite confident that is my fault.

Thank you for taking the time to respond as I know you are a busy man. Is there anyone in the Boston/Providence/Nashua NH etc...area that you would consider knowledgable enough in this arena to recommend? Do you accept out of state patients, and if so can I get blue cross to cover me?

Sorry, I get asked this question a lot. I just don't know enough of the other docs in my field yet.
