Hey guys just wanted to make a log for a 3 week DNP cycle I'm doing.
The dose of DNP will depend on the day because I want to reduce my consumption on days I have to go to the office (Thurs, Fri)
I'm 5'11, 189 lbs, 35 y.o. Calories are set to 1900/day. Taking 250mg/wk of test E. Not focusing on lifting weights for these three weeks to optimize caloric burn with cardio. I won't lose too much muscle.
I've got all my supplements ready and what not as well. Not my first time taking dnp so I know what 375mg does.
To suppress appetite, I drink coffee, and I have access to phentermine and nicotine patches and will use them as needed.
