If just raising your protein intake by 100 grams suddenly doubled your muscle growth everyone would be walking around jacked and there would be zero threads on bodybuilding boards except one giant sticky at the top saying "eat more protein". There's so much more to it than that as everyone is different physiologically. You need to determine what "YOU" need from a macros standpoint. Your body is only going to utilize what it can at a given time and again that's different for everyone. This is why no one can tell you your macros exactly and why everyone has to tailor to their needs.
