I pin ED, bloods taken on week 5.

Haven't been running an AI, was waiting for bloods to be sure symptoms weren't in my head, BP is elevated avg 135/84 with some spikes, edema in legs, other than that no mental sides.

Starting 12.5mg Aromasin E3d and getting new bloods in 4 weeks.

ur bp is elevated most likely due to the E2 (which is high but not too high)
edema will most likely go away and won't come back next 1-2 weeks (in my experience)
what i suggest is take the aromasin only if you feel the high e2 sides (i know you already have sort of high bp but i don't know what's your bp off cycle)
if you pop 12.5mg, just wait for next time you feel the sides, don't make it a E3D routine
test seems to be dosed correctly

I'll give that a try, I'd rather keep it as high as I can without sides. My bp has consistently been right at 120/80 off cycle.

Thanks!

cialis 2.5 or 5mg. ED pwo if you want will help a little bit with the BP.
telmisartan also helps with BP and edema too, mitigates the risk of increased heart size from steroids too

I forgot to mention, I've been running 10mg Tadalafil ED for a while. I'll check out the telmisartan and keep some on hand just incase it gets worse.

I decided to wait a bit before taking AI, the ratio is pretty decent and the Edema and BP could just be from the huge increase in test. This morning the edema is basically completely gone, which is what made me change my mind on the AI. BP this moring was 115/66, did a rest day yesterday meaning no pre-workout for over 24 hours and I'm thinking my pre-workout might be skewing my BP.

I'll monitor BP over the next 4 weeks, get more bloods and go from there.

Thanks again

your pre-workout, especially if it contains shitloads of caffeine is responsible for an increase in your BP for sure.

Reviews of caffeine's acute effect on blood pressure indicate changes of 3-15 mm Hg systolic and 4-13 mm Hg diastolic. Typically, blood pressure changes occur within 30 minutes, peak in 1-2 hours, and may persist for more than 4 hours.

when i know my bp is little bit high i skip on caffeine pwo and i use the other one which is caffeine free but still has beta alanine aakg and everything i need

Wow, I didn't realize the effect was that drastic for just caffeine. Thank you for linking that paper, I appreciate it when people provide references for further learning!

Disclaimer I am not a doctor... But Telmisartan is like gold for steroid users and endurance athletes. Not only does it lower BP, but it has been shown to prevent and even reverse LVH in some studies. Of course this doesn't make us immune to steroid-related heart conditions, but telmisartan checks quite a few boxes for things we have to worry about.

Your numbers definitely don't warrant prescription medication yet but keep this information in mind if that day ever comes. (Hopefully it never comes. Stay safe brother and cheers)

12.5mg aromasin E3D and 40mg telmisartan ED is my 2 pennies with follow up blood work in 3-4 weeks to see where you are sitting.

I know a lot of guys will say let your E2 go as high as you can tolerate without sides but I would prefer to see it much closer to the top end of the reference range.

Telmisartan's cost/befit ratio is to high not to take when on cycle in my opinion.

By chance do you have your "before cycle" labs?

From my doc, just before starting. Doesn't include igf-1, testosterone, or estradiol but I was around 300 test, 12 estradiol and not sure what igf-1 was.

I havent read any of your previous posts or history but, Chevoguap and ryu82 make perfect points, Id like to add that even though your H&H as well as Rbc's are still within the normal range(even at ur 1000+ levels)lol, it might not hurt to have IP6 on hand or the telmesartin in extreme case with HTN. With the edema your heart might not be liking the heavier blood or just overall not liking the extra fluid from the E2. Also being at week 5 your body could probably just now be getting acclimated to the extra hormones/figuring it out. Again idk if its your first cycle or blast, getting "dialed in" can take time.

First time, yeah. I started telmesartin 40mg per day. The edema is basically gone now, I only slightly notice it after working on my feel all day when I take my boots off. BP is pretty consistent at 130/65-70 now. I'm very impressed with the change in my body composition so far, I'vehad alot of comments as well...after everything I've read I wasn't expecting much from 300mg.

The blood pressure concerns me a bit but I've deemed it an acceptable risk for the quality of life improvements I'm getting so far.
