I don't really get it. If I undertand it right, it basically just lists that addresses of internet pharmacy sites that none of us would order from anyway, right?

If you read between the lines. IMO, I think the gov is more interested in keepin us citizens from buying cheaper drugs overseas than looking for gear. Most of these look like Ma and Pa pharms than anything else.
Not to high jack, but perfect example is I got my MD, (client of mine) to write me a script for Clomid. So I could buy it at my local pharmacy. Check this out!
50-50mg clomids were 500.00, 10.00 ea.
The Gov doesn't want to lose that kind of business!!! HOLY SHIT!!!!!
Go on any life extention web site and see what perscription Test cyp. is.!!!
made in America.

i would bet that graybass nailed it. we all know the feds are very concerned about everyone, not just bodybuilders, going across borders and across seas for pharmaceutical drugs right now. they know the american health care system is out of control, and that normally abiding american citizens are forced to go to europe and canada to obtain the drugs they need to live. gone unmonitored and unenforced, in time it spells loss of revenue for american drug companies, the doctors prescribing the drugs, american drug R&D, high powered drug lobbyists in washington, and the elected officials who benefit by passing legislation and protecting the interests of those lobbiers. basically insuring that their pockets continue to get properly greased by keeping "illegal" overseas drugs out, and ensuring that american pharmaceuticals are purchased the "correct way", i.e. through an american doctor, so that the system continues to be fed. funny as hell where in one of the descriptions it says something like " blah blah overseas drugs are not dosed correctly and they're dangerous to american consumers". what a bunch of bullshit.
