4 moths of TRT bloodwork

The results are in on my blood work after 4 months on TRT. T levels were OK at the start without therapy but i wanted to be stronger and healthier as well as increase my drive and it worked. Now that I have come this far i am debating if I should stack something new in a couple of months after I get my general health blood work done. I want to see the impact this has had on my HDL and LDL before adding a new AAS compound. Was thinking of maybe adding HGH and HCG now. I am also wondering when I should start worrying about Estradiol levels. Any info from the more experienced AAS users would be appreciated.

Test results on 8-16-21, Total T 449, Free T 9.5, Estradiol 18.5
Test Results on 12-16-21, Total T 816, Free T 14.3, Estradiol 33.4

HGH gets pretty pricey and even HCG runs at higher cost than Test does these days. Nothing wrong with either though on TRT the HCG is going to essentially just be cosmetic.

As for your e2 levels treat any symptoms you have, don't try and treat numbers.

Can't tell you much else without knowing a LOT more information about you, your history, and what you hope to achieve.

I definitely want to be leaner and I want to gain more size and strength but not much more than I have now. 4 month ago i was 209lbs with 23% BF. with the TRT my weight is up to about 214 and I go to the DR. today to get the scan but i think I'm around 18% at the moment. I am 6' tall and getting old. I mostly just want to slow the the aging process as much as I can. My dad did not age well and I refuse to be that way. As far as history what would you want to know?

Age? Current training? Some lift weights (if you are comfortable posting these).

Please let us know how the visit goes but I would be *shocked* if the scan showed a 5% reduction in BF after 4 months while gaining weight. I am prepared to be surprised though.

If you are looking to lean out then you don't need more AAS, just a good dieting.. Have you been food logging?

The good news is that aging poorly is mostly just a matter of keeping yourself in the gym. You won't live any longer (probably) but you CAN compress your morbidity period and the severity of the same pretty effectively.

I don't follow a strict diet. I need to start counting macros but mostly I just try and watch what I eat. I have no desire to lengthen my life at all. I just want to improve my quality of life. I am in the gym 6 days a week. One of those days is just cardio. So far I feel great. But I am always interested in making the most of it and if adding another compound can help me with that then I am all for it. I wouldn't add anything till late march when i see my regular Dr. and review blood work. That gives me 3 months to focus on Diet and see where I can get with what I have going.

Well you were correct. 1.5% reduction in BF. But did lose an 1" on my waist. The doctor said for 41 I am doing pretty well.
