I've heard this, but I doubt they would have the votes (especially after today) and the backlash against the GOP if it went along with this would usher in a 3rd party faster than you could smell a cow fart if your nose was pressed up against its ass. This is news filler. This is Obama wanting to believe he is still the Anointed One when he is about to get his ass handed to him.

And if this happened, can you say insurrection? Texas is already on track to vote for secession in 2011 and hold an 1861 style state convention as soon as next year as well. Oklahoma and Arizona has ballots being voted on TODAY that amend their state constitutions to label ObamaCare unconstitutional in the ultimate showdown of state vs. federal power.

This is very close to coming apart at the seams. If the GOP does not deliver, look to Virginia. A very well connected little birdie told me VA is working on getting enough states - and they are close - to hold a Constitutional Convention (the first since our Founder's held one). The first item on the list - a Constitutional amendment that if 2/3rds of the state legislatures deem a bill from Congress to be unacceptable (note I am not even using the word unconstitutional here) then it is no longer a law. If the 401k theft occurs - which it won't - it will rush this process along just fine.

Obama is the best thing that has happened to this country as today will prove. The more he pushes, the harder we will push back. The best thing? It must eat him alive to know that - as the worse president in American history - he is also the best thing that has ever happened. Under McCain nobody would have woke up to the fact that government always grows and our march to socialism would have continued, albeit at a slower pace. Obama just killed the progressive agenda (actually its a regressive agenda) in this country for good.

Don't worry, the ship is righting herself starting today and literally just in the nick of time. A few more years and we would have passed the welfare point of no return before going broke and realizing whoops, we really screwed up like Greece, Spain, Portugal, Britain, France, and most of Europe. Instead, now its time to eat some liberal ass and spit it out before taking a piss on it.
