42 M blood-work / managing HI red blood cells

Has anyone manage to bring down their red blood cells without donating ?
I would rather not lower my doses, but will do so if it is for my long-term health

- 50 Primo eod

- 70 Test C eod

- 45 Deca eod

- 2 IU hgh ed

- 10 Anadrol 2-3x / week

- 250 HCG 2X / week

(previous test from LabCorp was in 23, I generally use Quest every 3 months)

Anadrol is know to increase HCT… maybe drop the Anadrol

1. Discontinue Anadrol
2. Do lots of cardio
3. Get on a statin (pitavastatin or rosuvastatin) - you need your LDL under 55 with an HDL that low - unclear if it's from the anadrol or not, but lets assume not.

Primo and Anadrol are medications for anemia, so keep that in mind. There is a thread on here about what compounds impact everyone's HCT the most. And wouldn't you know it, we are all different. Primo and Anadrol for sure can be an issue.

I'm similar age, similar dosages (no deca, no anadrol) - I was recently able to get my Hgb from 17.9 - 18.1 down to 16.9 and HCT from 54 to 51 while INCREASING my total weekly dosage from 300 to ~ 515 mg (test / primo). My diet is pristine, in a caloric deficit. I do lots of LISS. I don't mess with orals (at least not right now).
