Strenght-Gains

I have been around the game for a while and have just taken 4 months off. This is to also include time off from the gym. I was in Europe and started a new job when I got back so now I have been back in the gym for about a month. I have been using 400mg of Deca a week and 3IU of GH a day Mon-Sat and 25mcg of cytomel mon-fri. I cleaned up my diet a great deal, lots of fish, chicken and yams for carbs. Plus I started taking Thai boxing again. How the hell did I gain 20lbs in 4 weeks? I am at 290lbs now. I stayed away from the test and the orals to avoid water bloat so where is the weight coming from? Not to metion my strenght is through the roof. It's not adding up.
