Hi,
I know orally most take 100-150mg per day. But whats the comparable dosage for injection?
I dont know what is better inject or oral.

Just use half of what you would use orally. Oral Availability is about 40% so you can just take 20-25mg 3x a day. Make sure to have NMN/NR stacked in as well, alone its a waste of money.
