5% Nutrition "Knocked the Fuck Out"

I tried some stuff called somatomax a while back. Made me feel like I was floating. I think that's the GABA? Shit was weird. Slept alright then, but it doesn't work for me anymore.
I usually just keep busy until I pass out now.

I mean that he ran a YouTube program maybe a year or so ago that he told everyone what drugs to use, what exercises to do, how to eat etc etc. Most reports back from all who did it were negative....
They do whatever lands views, period. If it sounds good they do it and right now the trend is eating less meals per day and intermittent fasting. When one throws up a video all the others follow suit talking about the same shit. "What would happen if I cut protein down? Why I'm only eating once a day!! How many calories do you really need to hold muscle?" Blah blah blah blah

Reminds me of Mike Rashid. I've had the displeasure of running into him a few times in my life. The first time I met him, I was actually kind of excited to tell you the truth. We started talking and completely unprovoked and completely out of left field goes "Yeah, I'm all natural too, I'd never touch a steroid...."

Um, okay Mike. Please explain to me why your business partner, a few months later, got busted for selling gear outta your gym. And, you had nothing to do with it? Okay.

On another note, the intermittent fasting actually has good data behind it as far as fat loss and insulin sensitivity is concerned, but seems to lower systemic IGF-1 (not an issue for us "enhanced" athletes, though), but I don't think most people do it "right". I try to fast for 12, ideally 14, hours of the day. I get all my macros in within the other 12 to 10 hours (plenty of time) and try to not eat a few hours before bed and a few hours after waking.... So I have about a 8-10 hour window to eat, which is fine.

Hey, of it works it works rt? My problem is I can't fit that much food into a feeding window that short. Even when I'm dieting it's difficult. I've tried it before and it's not for me, but everyone is different to some degree. Not knocking anyone's form of eating, just saying that a lot of the videos seem to follow the same trends now. Once someone makes something they all we to follow suit usually. I do enjoy Calum Vonmoger though, he seems to do his own thing and is pretty upbeat
