5 weeks into test cycle just added npp a week ago... I plan on running this cycle 14-16 weeks. This is my 3rd cycle after over 6 years natty training. Training everything 2x a week... training chest 2-4 it has always been my weakest point. Give me positive feedback/criticism . As some know my goal is to pack on 10-20 pounds of muscle during this cycle and stay lean the whole time. I am currently 160... 5’7”... BF around 10-12% I’m guessing... I’m waiting to check/calculate my BF @ 10 weeks into cycle. 1st pic is yesterday 4-7... 2nd pic is 4-1. Trying to eat around 2500-3k cals and hit 150-200 p... daily diet has always been a weak point for me.. I’ve always eaten clean but I’ve never had to track anything because I’ve had great results on and off cycle by just eating hitting my protein everyday

Imagine the results you'd have if you were constantly in a surplus;). But best of luck with the cycle. Loving what nandrolone is doing for me

Also I'd drop the face pick if you're worried about anonymity my dude

I hate to burst your bubble, but you ain't going to put on 10-20lbs of muscle in one cycle and sure as shit not on less than a gram per week of gear AND double sure as shit won't do it without following a daily meal plan! Best advice you can run with is get in 1-1.5 grams of protein per lb/bodyweight and get in the required cals from clean food and keep your meals CONSISTENT.

As for current bf looks like 10-12%

Hey im taking your advice lol I learned something new from you and I appreciate it. I made the change yesterday. I’m eating 500-1K over maintenance. Hell yeah this is my first time with npp its only been 7 days since i got on I know it’s a short eater so it works fast idk how fast though lol maybe it’s working now. I’m new to meso so let me ask should I worry about anonymity?

Thanks man appreciate the input but I wrote in there I am getting 1.5 to 2 grams p per pound ... same with cals I’m 1000 above maintenance... this is my 3rd cycle.. you don’t think 10-20 pounds of muscle on this cycle? Why because most of the weight while on will be bloat or because just not enough gear like you said?

I would aim for 4-500 above maintenance..1k you're going to pack on fat man. With that. You'll make good gains but I can't see 10lbs of real muscle happening. You have to think. That's adding 10 packs of ground beef to your frame. That's a lot of fucking beef.

I sometimes wonder if the meat I put on in my first cycle was above average haha

No offense brother, but you sound pretty inexperienced for someone on his 3rd cycle.

Nobody and I mean NOBODY puts on 10-20lbs of muscle on any cycle, you can put on 10-20lbs of bodyweight and most will be water.

You don't need more gear, you need more effort!

Yeah I guess your right 70% of the weight I gain on cycle is bloat and it won’t stick... ok my BMR is around 3k so 3500 is better so I don’t start getting fat lol understood.. yeah it’s funny you say that because I feel like I’m comparing this cycle and my last one to my first cycle... I put on so much more muscle my first cycle of test E a few years ago then I did last year with sust... I think I’m comparing and expecting to make those same gains every cycle lol... care to inform me why the first cycle gains are incredible and I have made gains like that since? Is it because it’s the first time my body was shocked with that much test and a shot close to my genetic potential now a synthetic test isn’t as much of a shock to my body anymore so I didn’t get the same gains my 2nd cycle?

Man really? Do you do a shit ton of moving during the day? I can't remember. I only eat 3300 at 200lbs to gain haha.

Oh I just mean I see a lot of progress post for 3rd cycles and no offense, but I don't really see the progress. After 3 cycles I think you should be much further along especially with 6 years natty training. Not trying to be an ass or cut you down man but Like I could show you the difference between staring my 1st cycle then starting my 2nd 4 months after it. Maybe just training styles and calories?

Yeah I realize most weight on cycle will
Be bloat and when I come off of a let’s say 10-12 week cycle I’ll be lucky to keep 5 pounds... knowing that I thought if I stayed on 14-16 weeks I could
Double that amount and yes that is a exaggerated expectation your right.. my attitude is aim big but realize I probably won’t reach that goal... and I don’t know everything im
Far from knowing nothing but yeah I don’t have a huge amount of experience. Not going to lie my first cycle I didn’t research anything I didn’t learn I had someone guide me and tell me what to do during it. Same with my 2nd cycle. It wasn’t until a good 6 months ago i started really trying to learn about aas... so although it’s my 3rd cycle I didn’t prepare myself well in the past. I know somethings but perhaps my expectations are a little too high. I can always learn more which is why I’m here to be honest. As far as effort what do you mean? Diet? Training? I’ve been training all my life that’s probably my strongest suit when it comes to this lifestyle.

I would say that even though I’ve trained all my life and I know how to train and build muscle I’ve taken time off... haven’t been disciplined ... in and out of jail.. battled addiction... took years off and came back... my 2nd cycle was pretty shitty really only ran it for 9 weeks and got locked up... in my opinion it’s consistency and discipline tbh it sounds like you’ve been a lot more consistent than me. Im
Just starting to really take aas serious and I guess my diet too it sounds like you’ve been serious a lot longer than me. Even though I have knowledge on how to train without consistency and discipline it’s a waste. I can humble myself enough to admit that and I can also do what I can to stay disciplined and steady from here on out.

Yeah I do lol I work construction so I’m moving from 6 am to 2 pm then I run or skateboard to the gym. I never stop
Moving lol

Honestly I’m here to learn and grow physically and with knowledge so that’s where I’m at

All valid set backs. Like i said i wasn't trying to cut you down. As its just something I've noticed. Honestly man not really! 4 years ago i was at my natty peak. Then got into a car accident. Severally injuries along with major life changes all resulted in me regressing to a sad excuse of a physique. Then covid. Thats when I said fuck It. Time for gear

i hear ya... I pretty much said fuck it too time for gear after getting out of jail a few years ago... in all honesty how does my progress look? Does it look like this is my first cycle? Lol tbh I guess I could say it is my first cycle I’ve taken serious so first real one... I’ve ran sauce before but like I said wasn’t disciplined and didn’t even run pct cuz I was being ignorant didn’t research

How many cycles have you ran btw? I’d like to see where your at so I can learn something from your experience and progress

Glad to see you posted this. It is always good to have a plan, but I would lower or drop your expectations as far as packing on lean weight, unless you have god level genetics for AAS response. You will ABSOLUTELY see a difference so long as you stick to eating clean 90%+ and eat in a surplus.

Initially you said 200-300 cal surplus, but you bumped that up to 1000. I have to agree with the others in here, stick to 500 cal surplus or less otherwise it could get sloppy.

However, going from 2300 cals/day to 3000 cals/day (you current cut to your maintenance cals) and you should see improvement just from that, and if you eat 3200-3300 then I think you'll grow like a weed. But for a highly active guy like you, you have to be strict with your nutrition (strict as in make sure you don't skip meals).

And sleep. I rarely see sleep mentioned. Sleep is the best PED I've ever used. Without adequate sleep and recovery you may as well be "swimming upstream". Sure you'll make progress, but it'll take a lot more work.
