50 something female

I am in my 50's, always been a runner and track athlete but now want to build some muscle and definition. I have always lifted weights but want to try a cycle and have so much information it is hard to know where to start! So much advice online and not sure what works and what does not. I really want to get serious about gaining muscle and would like to have some ideas on what to try and what to take to assist in my goals. My diet is steady and I am 5'9" about 155 and ok strength but at a standstill on how to progress. So just saying HELLO and wondering how this place functions!
 
Welcome! First things first is get full blood work done especially testosterone (free and total) estrodial, progesterone, igf1 and a thyroid panel

You need to make sure all those hormones are balanced and optimized first prior to taking something like anavar.

Reach out to an hrt clinic and they can help with all that. Something like forever young, transcend, aspire etc

there this thing called "tren" what ur gonna want to do is find a blend of about 100mg of tren acetate, 100mg mast prop, 100mg test prop. Inject that about 4x a week with 18 gage 2 inch needle into ur glutes(no 1,5 inch you will need the extra half inch cuz ur a girl) Ok good luck with it!!!!!!

I have heard women making phenomenal progress on testosterone her alone. Only issue is direct family history of breast CA

Welcome! Lots of literature around here that you will find useful.
