I am in my 50's, always been a runner and track athlete but now want to build some muscle and definition. I have always lifted weights but want to try a cycle and have so much information it is hard to know where to start! So much advice online and not sure what works and what does not. I really want to get serious about gaining muscle and would like to have some ideas on what to try and what to take to assist in my goals. My diet is steady and I am 5'9" about 155 and ok strength but at a standstill on how to progress. So just saying HELLO and wondering how this place functions!
