i'm about 8 weeks into the 5x5 program and I'm looking to convert it to the deloading phase shortly. However, unless i'm missing something, I don't see a description of how exactly to go about this in the tribute to johnsmith thread. I am hearing alot about switching to 3x3's. If this is how to go about it, is this to say to switch all and every exercise to 3x3's?, and if so, for how long? 4-6 weeks of deloading? or less? Thanks for any help
