Ive just finished the loading phase of the 5x5 program, outlined by AnimalMass and am already seeing some good gains. I am however interested in including some HIIT as an extra, since I currently dont do any other sports. I train MON, WED, FRI. Would adding 6-10 sets of 100 meter sprints on TUE and THU and maybe even on SAT affect recovery a lot? Right now Im interested in better nutrient partitioning but am planning to start cutting in about a month. Any sugestions?
