Hey,

Did anyone try train 6-7 days a week? The most often split routines are for 4-5 days a week. But... if anyone tried 6-7x how Your weekly programm looks like?

Seems to be a bit much, I'm sure it can be done but you would have to have rather low intensity/volume to compensate for not being given much time to recover which wouldn't be worth it in my imo.

Arnold and Ronnie both have 6/week programs look them up. I personally like 6/week but prefer 4 on 1 off. @Boilermech really weird routine, giving 2 days for arms separately? Hm... Do you find 7 between big groups to not be too much of a period or?

I've done several different routines over the years and this one just suits me and my lifestyle the best.
Just so you understand there is not a seven day stretch between muscle groups. Here is why. Monday I work chest which also hits shoulders and triceps. Tuesday is just biceps that's right just biceps, but I do close-grip pull-ups for biceps which touches on back a little. Wednesday is triceps and I do close-grip bench and dips which hits chest and shoulders again. Thursday is Back which hits Biceps again, and also some shoulders, quad and hamstring during deadlifts. Friday is Shoulders which hit upper chest, Triceps, and some back. Saturday is Legs which incorporates some back for squats and stiffleg deadlifts which hit on the Biceps again. Sunday is Abs.
After going over this and thinking about what all muscles I'm utilizing on certain days I think I might switch my Bicep day with my Back day. Anyway this is just my routine that I have created over the years that works best for me. It might not be as beneficial to someone else. I'm not saying it's right or wrong either. A persons workout regimen should be customized to fit that individual.
By the way I do 3 to 5 exercises per workout depending on how much time I have, 5 sets per exercise, and 4 to 10 or so reps. The weight is what decides how many reps.
I have a very busy schedule with my wife and four kids. When I get off work I am always running to someone's game or practice somewhere. I'm tickled pink when I get to do a complete workout with all 5 exercises. But I try not to get to wrapped up in it because my family is far more important than my working out. Good luck figuring out your perfect workout brother.
