6 week bloods - first cycle, need feedback

Just got the results from my mid-cycle blood test and would like to hear some feedback.

I'm on 700mg/week of test enanthate, pinning every other day.

Side effects are mild. Possibly a tad more irritable in certain circumstances, nipples stay perky but are not overly sensitive or forming tissue, and I'm definitely retaining water. Nothing really feels significantly different though.

E2 is high at 77 pg/mL, however I'm not inclined to start dosing my aromasin because I don't feel like I need to. Should I though? Would it expel some of this water weight? Pre-cycle E2 was 15 pg/nL, but it wasn't the ultrasensitive LC/MS/MS test. Certainly don't want to crash my E2.

I read on here that total test should be in the ballpark of the 100 x mg/week dose of test. So I expected to see roughly 7000 ng/dL total test, but its only 2793 ng/dL. Is my gear under-dosed?

Albumin is low, not sure what that means.

AST is high, not sure what that means either.

FSH and LH is low, is this due to being bound to androgen receptors? If so, then this is normal and no cause for concern?

I didn't get an SHBG measurement because it wasn't included and didn't want to pay extra. I'm more concerned about E2 and test.

Platelet count is high.

Everything was in the normal range pre-cycle, I just didn't have the ultrasensitive E2 test.

If you want to drop your estrogen without crashing it then opt for low dose aromasin eod, I split my 12.mg tabs into 4 and take 1 eod as needed. 700mgs test is a lot so get that shit under control before you grow titties lol.

Also if you don't donate blood regularly when on cycle you should consider doing so.

What is donating blood going to help? I tried to the other day but I admitted to taking Finasteride so they wouldn't let me until I'm off for a month.

Regarding the aromasin, you say to dose "as needed", and I'm not convinced I need to as long as I'm not experiencing severe side effects.

Itll help bring down your hemocrit/RBC and even reduce blood pressure to a varying degree.(yeah you're going to have to lie about a few things. I just say I've never used anything including aspirin.)I feel as through you could've stood to do a bit more research before starting. Also why 700mg of test? You worried you won't make gains or are you trying to compensate for subpar diet/training?

Your LH/FSH are low because you're suppression yourself via negative feedback from exogenous androgens/hormones.

AST is a liver enzyme and high levels can be indicative of numerous health issues/strain on the hepatic system and I think I even read heart problems as well.

What is your daily BP?

Its about ratio. 77pg for that much test is fine. Focus on diet not water weight. Unless your doing a photo shoot or pre comp. You will get plenty cut without worrying about that.

700mg test is way to much for a first cycle.

FSH and LH is low because your balls are shut down, thats normal and you should know this when using gear. You can use hcg 1000iu/week to keep them active, be aware as this can also raise your E2

AST is high but nothing to worry about, its your liver.

Thanks for the feedback guys.
I don't recall my exact blood pressure but I do remember that it was within normal range the day I had this test done.

You will want to do whatever you can to try and stay at the low end of normal regarding blood pressure, blood sugar and blood work cause as you get older that shit will want to creep up on you and the younger a person is when they take that stuff seriously the better off they will be in the long run

I would check your general health tho, nothing probably serious but platelet high with liver enzyme increase could be the sign of some kind of infection.

I'm.not a doctor so take it with a grain of salt but if you are not taking orals and you didn't drink the night before I would be cautious of having liver enzyme slightly elevated and platelet as well.
