Trailing Ostarine and writing a log along side. Will go into detail about my dosages, diet, workouts and any side (hopefully no sides).

Ostarine Log (OstaPure - BlackStone Labs)
Starting stats:
Height: 178
Weight: 72kg
Bodyfat: 7%ish (give or take 1%)
Compounds:
Ostapure week 1 - 6
Test Boosters week 1 - 8 (continue running for 2 weeks after Ostarine)
DIM week 1 - 8 (continue running for 2 weeks after Ostarine)
DAA week 3 - 6

Day 1 27/10/15 Tuesday
Starting my dosages at 20mg (2 caps).
Running with Alpha Mars 2 caps a day and DIM 200mg.
Feeling nervous because of all the suppression talk.. But excited.
Holding water due to comp rebound.
Had 2 caps at 2:30pm. Had a really good workout at 7:15pm. Probably placebo but I had a crazy pump and held onto the pump well.
Day 2
Took the same dosage. Vomitted 40 minutes after supplementing during breakfast, hoping I didnt vomit any OstaPure back up. Not sure if it was caused by the eggs or something else. Feeling good though, feel tighter and fuller. Keep in mind I am reverse dieting out of a show from the 25/10/15 so might just be the carbs filling me up still.
Had a good back workout. Feeling strong, strength is about the same as when it peaked at 5 weeks out from my competition. Strength feels like I picked up from when it peak, feeling as if I’ve had no strength losses. Good pump, good endurance.
Day 3
Took the same dosage. Feeling good, not sure if its just in my head or placebo, feeling harder. Woke up lean, but weighing 71.8kg, down 0.2 from yesterday. Went and bought DIM-100 (olympic labs) due to reading some pretty scary stuff about gyno, dosing at 100mg and 1 cap a day. Throughout the day I’m feeling more vascular than normal, the veins just hang around and dont leave. Feeling as if im denser and fuller in general.
Had a mad shoulder workout, pump came extremely easily and I help it for the entirety of the workout. Crushed my entire workout in about 40-45 minutes, feeling like I have insane endurance and recovery, 7 exercises with 3-4 sets at 8-10 reps. So decent volume for shoulders and smashed it without even noticing how fast I was powering through it.
Did notice that my obliques and abs were noticeably sore while walking on the treadmil, haven’t directly worked abs in a while, so not sure. Thinking that maybe I’m stabilizing myself with my abs and obliques rather than back, as I’m feeling DOMS in my back from yesterday.
Day 4
Took the same dosage and 1 DIM-100 cap. Woke up with a headache not sure why, not due to dehydration as I’d say I had about 10L of water yesterday.
Protein and Fats have gone up to pretty intense amounts, carbs around training (before and after). However I’m still losing weight quite rapidly, morning of day 3 I was 71.8kg and this morning I woke at 71.1 kg.. Not very happy, looking at my diet and will be increasing food again.
Trained twice today. AM chest session went well, got a good pump, strength wasnt where I wanted it to be, at about 75% of when my strength peaked, but considering I’m only 6 days post comp and I have nearly all my peak strength back (strength peaked at about 5 weeks out of my competition) I’m quite happy. Was a big workout using pyramid sets, hit pretty decent weights on all exercises and smashed a ton of volume, again without noticing. Ostapure endurance is real!
After first session, I smashed a cheatmeal, mixed meat plate (chicken, beef and beef pattie, rice and probably .7kg of hot chips). Food pump was real left there with my legs looking pumped, all veingy and calf veins coming out.
Second workout was PM (8pm) smashed a circuit style arms and shoulders. 4 Sets with 8 reeps and 3 exercises per circut. Did this 4 times, so; 4x3 = 12, 12x8 = 96, 96x4 = 384 reps total. Was feeling pretty fatigued but kpet up and still had the strength to move moderatly decent weight.
Day 5
Day after cheatmeal, feeling good, feel full and I’m still looking ridiculously tight. Even stage ready, oblique cuts are out and abs are nice and tight. Weighing 72.1kg, happy with the increase, I’m thinking its just due to filling out with all the carbs, not really any water retention.
No headache this morning, which is good. Also my chest is actually sore from yesterday, ahvent had a sore chest in as long as I can remember, this stuff is good.
Had a good arm workout today. Just Bis and Tris, good volume. Cant remember exactly how many sets or reps, but kept the pyramid going, did a few pump sets and went heavy and hard. Look noticeably denser and felt desner, also vascularity was at an all time peak, not only a lot more veins noticeably showing, also a lot thicker.
Had a lot of Burger king last night.. A lot haha
Day 6 Sunday
Woke up feeling good, little watery (73kg) but vascularity is ridiculous.. Veins I’ve never had or seen are popping all over my chest, arms and forearms. Never had veins on my outer forearm, but now its like a road map. Considering an off day, but I’m keen to go lift. Legs today if anything and damn I’m excited to see how I hold up!
New diet is coming into play today, previously been doing HIGH protein, low carb and moderate fat. NOW I’m changing it up to 3500 cal 350 protein, 450 carbs and 80 fats. Had normal breakfast and pre workout meal, buttt cheated for post workout. Had mixed meat plate again, mixed plate and chips. Havent eaten since then, buttt going out to dinner. So today is a right off with regards to food. But oh well, got to live.
Leg workout was insane! Started on squats, hit 60x8, 100x8, 120x3, 100x8. Was happy with my squat strength. Moved on to superset with extensions and curls and finished with pyramid V-squats. Strength was there, pump was painful! The pump was intense, and the pump is the cure
All in all, I’m now feeling the Ostapure. Had an arm pump somehow, veins in my forearms, biceps and triceps even though all my blood was in my legs, and I just felt dense. Pump wasnt sloppy or anything, just feeling dense all over not just in my legs. Feeling good!
