750MG DNP+Keto+1500 Calories+Cardio+Lifting=Ripped?

I've been lifting for 8 years+ and doing gear for a few years and now I want to lose as much bodyfat as fast as I can. I'm experienced with DNP and have done cycles in the past, I will be doing DNP daily, a Ketogenic diet, LISS Cardio everyday, Lifting 5x a week and HIIT 3x+ a week.

I plan to do this DNP cycle for at least 21 days.

My goal is to be eating under 1500 calories everyday.

Starting weight: 242lbs
Goal weight: 220lbs

You are going to be negative thousands and thousands of calories per day with everything you listed id venture a guess at around 3500-4000 kcals negative per day, at the very least you will feel horrible, at the worst you could end up dead or in the hospital!

Increase your calories to at least 2500 and stay at 500mg DNP maybe do some walking in the morning instead for cardio. Train as you usually would. See how you feel, and adjust accordingly and cautiously. What you outlined above is very dangerous.

You guys are very much so right and that's why I'm gonna improvise in my training and dieting, wish I could edit my title and description now.

Notes
The DNP has officially kicked in now and the side effects much harsher than it was a few days ago.

Weight: 245lbs
I knew I had gained weight because the day before, my face was super bloated along with my whole body, this is defiantly a downer considering I've been eating so little and been feeling like a wreck.

Those guys are right so you should plan things better first, as DNP is very dangerous as you may know.
 
I'm a firm believer that keto is not good for bodybuilders. A lot of your muscle is made out of water and when you take out carbs you look worse and usually get weaker. I don't know much on dnp so I won't comment on that but I would at least add in enough carbs preferably fructose to restore liver glycogen.

this statement is wrong in so many ways.
 
I ran dnp a few times.

Freaking eat man. You will be suprised on how much DNP actually works when you give it fuel to work. I've done low carb DNP, and also very high fat DNP......the best and easiest DNP usage was with high carbs and gatorade.
 
I stopped a few days ago, I could of handled the heat and the horrible cravings for another week or so but I got horrible bloat and looked like I gained 20lbs so I said fuck that, I rather just do two cardio sessions a day and eat under 1500 calories and get similar results than look fat as fuck and bed ridden. Also, my weight is STILL the SAME as when I started the dnp, really hoping this water weight goes away within a few days, it's depressing.
