(300) 50mg daily no pin on Sundays

1-8 Test P 100ml
(400) 50daily 100 Sundays

current diet:
Regular days

1. 8egg whites 2 whole eggs 2English muffins

2. 7.5oz chicken 8 oz potatoes 2tbs coconut oil

3. 7.5oz chicken 10 oz potatoes

4. 50g shake 1.5bagel

30g cereal pre

5. 50g shake 1 cup rice

6. 7oz lean beef 1 1/4 cup rice

High carb back

1. 4 egg whites 2 English muffins

2. 4oz chicken 8 oz potatoes

3. 4oz chicken 10oz potatoes

4. 25g shake 1 bagel

5. 25g shake 1 cup rice

6. 5oz beef 1 English muffin



Both leg days only



Meal 1: 1 cup egg whites, 2 English muffins

Lean bulking for about 3hard months still have about a year of seriously lean bulk then want to try first show

Never really noticed it till now. Well I did just figured it would look fine once I lean out again like in picture 7,8
 
I was fat and had bitch tits growing up. I guess mine were just fat as they went away on cycle. That being said yours look hormonal. The shape etc.

You should really think about surgery first or taking clomid or some other serm/hormonal gyno treatment before going on your cycle.
 
You really leaned out well. Following.

Eventually you will want to get that cut out, but if it does not bother right now, no hurry. Just keep an eye on it.
 
Thanks guys I’ve been taking novla 10mg daily for about two weeks now the bump does feel like it’s gone down but I’m also bulking I’m gonna keep taking it for another 2-3 weeks then reevaluate what I need as far as an ai and run it once I lean out I’ll be able to tell hopefully it goes away if not then I’ll try to control and get it fix later if it gets worse

Try ralox. For me, it worked unbelievably better than Nolva. I took 60mg a day for 24 days.
 
My source doesn’t carry any I’ve been looking for a new one so hoping this works till then but I have read that ralox has helped when novla didn’t
