Eat more if you're concerned with gaining weight ... other than that there's no protocal on how much one should gain on a cycle. If it's quality gains then who cares ...

If you're looking to bulk I can tell you you're not eating enough ...

Keep pumpin away ... you still have several weeks left so don't give up yet. A lot can happen in one week alone.

If you eat more you'll gain the weight.The thing that pisses me off and I learned off my first cycle is you see you gaining the weight and getting stronger so you think you don't have to eat as well, well it's wrong because you are just gaining bloat, true muscle gains consist when you eat correct and you lose everything that's not good once you're off.Just a little tip for you.
