8x8's And Routines That Work

Been doing a lot of 8x8 routines with 30 seconds or less rest for the past 6-8 wks now. Yielding some great results. Shredding fat. Building muscle. Massive pumps. I usually pick 3-4 different exercises then do a short circuit of 3 more exercises at the end for as many reps as possible.

Anyone else wanna share some routines that work for them?
