A beginners DNP log

I'll start by saying I'm new to the entire bodybuilding drug scene in general. I've spent many hours reading and learning and finally took the plunge, I chose DNP despite being new because I had done the research and knew it's not as bad as it's portrayed if it's used properly.

I used to be in very decent shape, 180 roughly 13-15 BF%. Nothing crazy but not too shabby,I got a girl that fed me and fed me and life happened. The goal of this DNP run is to get back to an "ok" weight to shorten the time frame to my old body.

I have been on cycle for 13 days now, first 10 were at 250mg ED, last 3 500mg. My weight initially jumped to 205 when I first got on and stayed there for about 7-10 days then began to steadily drop the past few days, this morning at 217.8.

Diet is in check, 500-1000 cals under maintenance most days, sometimes I'll up it depending on how I'm feeling. Mod-high protein, mod carbs and low-mod fat. Heavy FBW 2x a week with cardio and calisthenics thrown in 5x a week (military, no choice. Easy stuff though)

So far it isn't too bad, I actually don't get that sweaty when eating carbs, I do get hot though. Sides are very manageable so far, the worst is the night sweats and looking like a cokehead from sweating when we work out. Temp has been staying in the 97-98 range. 1.5-2gals water a day depending on the day.

How long will you be on for? What is your end goal weight?
Will you be uping the dose even further?

I have no intentions of ever using DNP but have done a lot of research out of curiosity. This shit still scares the hell out of me.

At this point it will be 2 more weeks of 500mg ED, if and only if I feel I can handle it I might extend it a bit farther but it's never good to plan with DNP, best to just go with what your body is telling you. Goal weight for this cycle is ideally to drop below 200 but I would be content with 205. Anything less and it wouldn't have been worth the lethargy to be honest.

It's good that it scares you, it shows you respect it. It still scares me and I get a flutter in my chest every time I take a cap but I've done the research and know that if you aren't an idiot you won't die. Cataracts happened in less than 1% of the studies done in the 30's (all females) and PN is a controversial subject which if true, seems to be preventable with not in taking too much potassium.
 
Also I will be sure to post before and after pics, I see many logs don't and that's frustrating to people searching and reading.
 
Not too bad of a day today, did some light calisthenics in the morning and besides that sat in an office most of the day. Sides were a bit worse today, especially with the sweating. I was sweating while doing nothing. Lethargy has it's points that are pretty bad too but eating an apple has been helping.

Decided to weigh myself when I got home just to see, for shits and giigles mainly. I was 217.4 and that was after eating and drinking for the day (besides dinner). So.4lb in 12hr. Pretty legit chemical, going to eat dinner and take my dose here in a bit. I'm going to have some rice with soy sauce with dinner but am kind of scared of eating that many carbs haha.
 
2/1/2017 215.2 this morning, a loss of 1.6lb from yesterday. I do want to note that all my offical log weigh ins that are bolded happen when I first wake up and all dried out from sweating throughout the night which I'm sure has an effect on the weigh in. It's consistently under the same circumstances though so I'll continue with it.

Just got done with some cardio, did some light jogging and a few sprints. Cardio capacity is definitely down but it's bearable.

I also lost a a quarter inch off of my waist in 2-3 days from when I last weighed myself

Not too much to report for the day. Sides are getting a bit worse, just have a general runned down feeling 24/7 and the sweating is no joke! I walked somewhere which took 20min then 20min back, at a very slow pace on a windy day. When I got back I was DRENCHED and I just couldn't stop it. I had one person ask me about it and I just said I'm on some supps that make me hot and someone asked if I've been crying cause the water under my eyes lol.

Bought a fan today so hopefully this will help with the night sweats.

Gain of 1.6lb this morning but I'm not worried about it. From the research I've done back when I was 270lb trying to lose weight is that when fat cells use their lipids they fill with as much water as they can as a defense mechanism, eventually the water is released though and they shrink. I'm expecting a nice whoosh in the next day or two as I know my diet is spot on.

Did a light calisthenics workout this morning, pretty east. When we were doing our cool down stretches though I was the only one downgraded to shorts and a t shirt with steam coming off of me lol. The fan also helped tremendously, night sweats were almost non existent.
 
Pretty bad day today diet wise, I'm not even going to post up my macros because of it. It was enough to probably negate 1lb of fat loss for the week. I think I fucked up by combining traditional diet methods with DNP. My calories were low enough that DNP threw me into a basically negative caloric state for the day (as if I wasn't even eating). I felt like death all day, got a good amount of food in me and felt like a million bucks. I'm going to raise calories by 500-700 after today and continue with the cycle.
 
I'm not a hater I want the results I am looking into dnp and most people just fall off like him he musta died

I left this log because it was getting literally no replies. I'll post pics soon. Ended the cycle at 196ish, in fact I stated that weight for my last few weeks but noticed a huge improvement in the mirror, especially now (2 weeks off DNP)

Awsome well I read another log and he started in keto but was too scared to eat sugar until about 2 weeks into his cycle, I'm just researching but it seems dnp works best outo of keto or cal deficit..... it's for fat people.... lol looking forward to pics and good log
