A little introduction

Hey guys!

Been reading here for like 6 months now and learned a lot! Finally decided to make an account and be active here.

I'm really into peptides and natural training methods, nothing too crazy. Been training for about 2 years now and tried different stuff with diet and training splits. Made some good progress but also some mistakes. Always trying to learn more about getting a better physique.

Right now I'm training 4x week and trying to bulk clean. Would be cool to share what I learned so far and get some tips from you experienced guys too!
