I have been on 250 sus, 400 enthanhate for about 2 and a half weeks. I have slightly increased my calories but have significantly increased my protein. I am also working out harder. My question is about weight gain. I have gained about 20 lbs. in that time. My lower back is killing me and I am starting to feel lethargic due to the weight gain. Will this stabilize or should I cut down the amount I am doing?
