A question about sides

I have been on 250 sus, 400 enthanhate for about 2 and a half weeks. I have slightly increased my calories but have significantly increased my protein. I am also working out harder. My question is about weight gain. I have gained about 20 lbs. in that time. My lower back is killing me and I am starting to feel lethargic due to the weight gain. Will this stabilize or should I cut down the amount I am doing?

What is the exact amount you're doing?

How many mgs of test are you doing a week?

Are you training your legs?

The lower back problems that you mentioned could be due to the sus250. One to two days after any sus injection, I get muscle cramps in my lower back and legs. Leaves me feeling like shit for those days.

The back prob could also be due to poor training techniques. Not saying you don't know what you're doing whilst squatting, but it could be a possibility. You might have even damaged a disd in your back. Your best bet is to see your doctor and have it checked out. You don't want to put extra strain on it.

First off bro , Why are you working out harder while on the gear ? What part of your back hurts ? Feel like a hollow organ pain, kind of a crampy lower back feeling on the side of your spine ?

You have added 20lbs in 17 days with 650 mg of test and 400 mg of EQ ? Those doses arent particularly high, maybe your lethargy is from working out and not eating enough quality food . i hate hearing about bros who work out harder or with more intensity while on the sauce...Why not bust your ass all the time ? What is your Body part split ? How many days per week you train, sets reps tempo, etc. Is this your first cycle ?

how much water are you drinking ? What is your macronutrient breakdown , P/C/F..CALORIES . you are early 40's right ?

i'd have to agree with quasi on this ... also are you running sust250 and test enan? if so why? are you taking any liver protection?
 
This is simple guy----It is from the water weight you have gained--- You need to be taking some adex at about .25-.50mg ed---

I never use AD , ever. I would'nt ever recommend doing it, as it is reckless and irresponsible for me, but it works for me. I have never gained 20lbs in 17 days. it very well could be water, if it is, he'll definately need AD, cuz hes converting and collecting alot of Estrogen. I wanted more info b4 i said, Use AD. Thats all...It sounds like a problem, i would have liked a little more info.

BTW- how can you keep your calories about the same, and increase your protein. This means he cut carbs, Why in hell would anyone do that on Sus and Enan ? 400-600 mg of EQ and im eating everything in sight.

I have been drinking about a half a gallon of water a day and a half a gallon of milk. I have realized that I am not drinking nearly enough water. Also, the lower back problem I am having is almost surely from the weight gain. It is in the middle to slightly to one side of the spine. I wrote down my food and I realize that it is much worse than I thought. This is my 2nd cycle. I do my legs 2 days a week and my upper body 2 days a week. I thought I was about 40p, 40c 20f but it was closer to 30f, 30p, 40c. I try and do each exercise until I can do 4-6 reps for about 3 sets or so, depending on the exercise with about 90 sec. or so between sets.
 
i would agree with weight gain also, it sounds just like all the problems many have while on m1t. theres also been talk of kidney issues do to lack of water intake. is pain on lower left? potassium could help.

Increase your water intake( obviously ), does your sweat smell unusually foul ? This is what i was getting at earlier, with the symptoms. If your sweat and piss really stinks, more than usual, Its not discomfort from weight gain, its your kidneys working overtime bro. Thats why you are picking up water, URIC ACID..UREA in the blood stream. Thats why you have a pain on 1 side of your spine, in the lower back region. These pains arent your lumbars working OT to pack your heavier than normal ass around, Dont mistake the simple over conversion of AAS-Estr. for Kidney trouble. 17 days and 20 lbs isnt normal water weight gain during a cycle . Bold is notoriously hard on SOME ppls kidneys.
