Anyway for the OP, since you are a foreigner I would be more cautious in a distant land with a different customs and point of views. Don’t expose yourself to a criminal system that might not lean on parity because of your passport.

I have buddies who work there and they say its pretty lax to get pharmaceutical grade locally. Go to the gyms and be friendly, eventually you will find the biggest guy and his supplier.

Gotya, sorry about misunderstanding your point.

Only thing I would say for sure is not to risk it when it comes to drugs when in another country. It might just be a fine or easy minimum jail time where your from, but could mean life or death in another.

Just like standing next to guys smoking weed in the airport while you’re bound to a crazy country against weed like the Philipines or Singapore. Not worth it.
