What is NOLOTIL:
Nolotil, Metamizol is a pyrazolone derivative with a strong analgesic, antipyretic and spasmolytic activity. Its antiphlogistic properties are less manifested. Compared to the narcotic analgesics, it does not suppress the respiratory center even in high doses, has no effect on intestinal peristalsis, does not induce constipation and does not lead to habit-forming and addiction. The mechanism of its analgesic action is associated with the inhibition of the formation of allgogenic substances, stimulation of non-piate antinociceptive system and inhibition of prostaglandin synthesis.
Oral form is quickly and completely absorbed in the digestive tract, metabolized in the liver to various metabolites, and only 3% of the administered dose is excreted unchanged through the kidneys. Its half-time in the blood is about 2.7 h. Nolotil can be used for various chronic pain states, such as migraine, dysmenorrhoea, arthritis and osteoarthritis pain and cancer pain.
Indications
Acute and chronic pain accompanying the following diseases: rheumatoid arthritis, headache, toothache,traumas, dysmenorrhea and surgical intervention, strong pain associated with smooth muscles spasms of the gastrointestinal tract, biliary ducts and urogenical system, and for reducing the body temperature in febrile states.
Injectable form used in bodybuilding:
This is a 5-ml or 2ml injectable analgesic (the active ingredient being metamizol) that's gaining in popularity with bodybuilders across Europe. Once again, the use of this product should be limited to a few days before a show, as this can also impart localized tissue damage.
It has some very unusual characteristics. It will allow any muscle to increase in size within a very short period of time. Basicallystimulates the tissue at the point of injection causing a slightly painful inflammation and swelling of the muscle tissue itself. The swelling only lasts for about four to five days making this a popular right-before-competition drug to help size-up the under developed muscle groups. Is often injected daily to make up for the decrease in swelling. Only promises temporary gains of around 1-1.5 in on arms and calves when used daily at injections of around 1ml the first day and 2ml (one per muscle) the days following. It is difficult to find on the black market, however, it is very affordable. Is a water dissolved steroid making it good for getting hard muscles and because it has no real side effects (other than the pain and every once in a while a misshaped muscle) it is a popular drug for both men and women.

Ive used it before.Makes you feel very sickly after a shot.Did swell up my arms pretty well

Did you have any tissue damage from the use?
