abs or calves after workout

Hi,

I'd like to work abs and calves but I never have time, because I need longer than an hour to work the othzer muscles (one group a week). I've been advised to work abs or calves after being finished with another muscle group, even if it's late. My questions are :
1) will I not increase my cortisol level training 1 1/2 hour instead of 1 or 1 1/4 h ?
2) I'm having a shot of slin right after my workout to mix with my increased growth hormone level (increased because of intense training). Will it be as effective to have it after calves or abs work ?
