Oh im miserable haha 700 cals under maintenance is killing me
yep, but its gotta be like 700 cals under maintenance for a fee months. There are 3,500 stored calories in 1 lb of fat, so at 700 under you are burning off maybe a couple lbs per week, so most carrying around at least 20-30 lbs of fat need 12 wks or soOh im miserable haha 700 cals under maintenance is killing me
Look into carb cycling. A lot less miserable and at least as effective, if not more so, in my opinion and personal experience. Stick to lifting heavy. Do deadlifts, squats, standing military press, bench. When you do abs (once or twice a week), lift heavy also. Don't do 500 reps. You don't curl for 500 reps, do you? Treat abs like all other muscle groups and remember that spot gay reduction is not a thing.Oh im miserable haha 700 cals under maintenance is killing me

Have you tried carb cycling? I always thought the same thing but am starting to discover otherwise.Have you tried a low carb diet? My abs are non existent when I eat carbs but show again relatively quickly when I go low carb. Wish I could eat carbs and have abs but doesn't work for me.
I didn't give it a long enough try because it led to me eating carbs full time pretty quickly. Once I'm fine cutting I'll give it another shot.Have you tried carb cycling? I always thought the same thing but am starting to discover otherwise.
